2 potato wedges
2 everything bagels with 2 hash browns in each with mayo and a muffin
And I only got one order of wedges and with no mayo on my bagels.
Worst service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know why tim hortons at douglas centre keep close their takeout or dine- in before 1.30 pm. I went to this location for my lunch and evening snacks it was closed for more than 3hours with the sign saying “ closed for cleaning”. Terrible experience all time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the day 5 stars wicked great!. After 6pm 1 star...coffee ain't 20 min fresh, donuts are old thats IF they have more then few kinds and more than a couple of each. Been here 20x in day and 20x at night and every visit the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got us through the drive through quickly, however, the Steak and Egg which we ordered came with no Steak on it. The Fiesta Farmers Bacon Wrap had no Fiesta and no Bacon on it. I did call and the manager offered to remake our food, but I do not have time to head back there, or the need to eat another breakfast. Pleasant fast service, but accuracy needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get me wrong, I love Tim's and this location is right near my office. But lately, they are basically ignoring their store hours. Service is slow, and when they're supposed to be open until 8, they've been closing at 3:30 with no notice!
When asked about this I was told it was because they were short staffed. When I asked if they couldn't please at least put a sign in their window explaining to their customers what was happening I was rudely told "I can't do anything, take it up with corporate"
Anyone can pen a polite note to put in the front window explaining w you're closing five hours early! And your customers deserve that courtesy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that this pandemic is a pass for businesses to neglect basic custodial and maintenance responsibilities or outright CLOSE their washrooms all together!... Hmmm... Ok, the last time I checked this whole COVID thing is a hygiene based situation or should I say a lack of hygiene... So the best way to prevent the spread of said COVID virus is to remove as many points of hygiene maintenance as possible!... Right?!?! Well this is what that looks like from this Tim Hortons Franchise in Victoria B.C. Canada.
Unbelievable, unnecessary and absolutely Disgusting! Enough is ENOUGH! ('Closed for Cleaning' was the sign outside the washroom for 4-5 days prior to this post...)
