★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies gave me a hell of a deal on a Samsung galaxy s21 FE on a contract and the billing has been great I payed extra and this month they're saying that I only have to pay 35$ on a bill that's supposed to be 212 I will continue to give them more money than they ask for because I appreciate what they did for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taylor was excellent. He listened to what I was looking for, answered my questions, then offered solutions i purchased a new phone and I am very pleased.
If there is a system in place at Telus to reward exceptional employees, then you should recognize Taylor.
And he did all this while a jack hammer worked on an adjacent wall in the plaza.
Way to go Taylor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I endorse Taylor for his level of expertise and advice with an issue I had. When I went back for a new cell contract, he dealt with my order quickly efficiently, and gave me a super deal. I certainly would recommend him and the shop for their help advice and super sales service. Fantastic service level, ultra knowledgeable on product and help. if there were 10 stars I would give them for sure.
