He made sure everything was correct with our online, ensured that it was finalize, and was being released. I was refreshing to see such good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently switched over to Telus from Koodo and I was having issues with my network signal. I needed to keep my phone number the same for my business, however the first two times I visited this location, I was told by different associates that I would have to do it online and they couldn't help me. So I went home and ported my number myself, only to have my phone stopped working. After calling into their customer support line, I was told to change out my sim card to a Telus one to get onto their network. Luckily I was able to make it before closing on a busy weekend and get a sim card swapped out. From my experience, I could tell that not every associate is as knowledgeable as each other; as I received different advice from three different associates on each of my three trips to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! You best have made an appointment before going to this location. Only one person on staff when I arrived for my appointment and I had to wait. Three other customers were waiting behind me and they didn't have an appointment.
Sad that Telus can't run this location better.

I had a young guy named Quan help me out and not only was he super friendly, he was very knowledgeable and got me through the whole process in short order. I highly recommend that all Telus customers should head to this location.
