Friendly staff and very organized and clean store. Great customer service! I would highly reccomend this place for phone purchase or issues.

I was on hold with Telus for over 2 hours getting tossed to different departments where no one could seem to send me info on a new phone. I went into the store and She was able to help me right away explaining the phones and the plan. I was ready to go shortly after with new phone and plan in place. Thank you!

The ladies I spoke to were professional, polite and patient. They answered ALL my questions even though I repeated most questions. All in an extremely high paced busy environment.
I am happy with my purchase and how I was treated. I will be back.

I was in between getting the iPhone 13 pro and iPhone 13 pro max, and Madison wrote down the different prices to compare which helped me with my decision. She also transferred everything from my old phone to my new one. I ended up getting the 13 pro max and I’m very happy with it.

Madison spent time on the phone with me to ensure i got a new and proper replacement ordered in time before I had to leave again to a 3rd destination. Helped with setup, made sure my Telus EPP acct was setup proper with a better and cheaper data plan, found me the accessories I wanted, and made sure all my data was transferred without any loss. 100% great phone purchase experience.
