★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with rogers for about 5 years and the rogers at cottonwood mall is one of the best I've been to, honest people work there who have your best interests at heart, aren't pushy to make sales, and are very understanding.
If you're looking to change carriers or join in general i highly recommend asking for Kelly or jas, great guys who have been nothing but great help to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gavin and his collegue (young lady that works in the evenings), have helped me on 2 occasions this year and the customer service has been stellar on the spot as well as with following up on my service afterwards. They've made my experience easy to understand as well as fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Rogers as I needed help because my phone wasn't receiving calls. There was a female associate that assisted me. She was very kind and patient, and was able to fix my phone and show me how to fix the problem in the future on my own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the female staff member working today. As per YOUR reservation policy, my mom went to pick up a watch for me as the account is in HER NAME. You sent her out of the store empty handed the first time she went in, and when I phoned back to sort things out you unapologetically argued with me. No apology to either my mother or myself- on top of this- I left your store a voicemail on Thursday asking about this very situation, which you never returned! My question is, what do you think you could have done to avoid this? Perhaps if you followed your company procedures this would have gone a lot smoother. Maybe if you checked her ID instead of being ignorant and rude you very well would have seen she was the only person you could have released the watch to. I am highly disappointed and expect more customer service than whatever this was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left Roger's due to issues with the call center approx 2 years ago. Went into this location today to see what options they may have for me now. The Staff were excellent and helpful.
The Guy who appeared to be in charge remembered me, by name after 2years!! Excellent customer service!! Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a new chip due to a stolen phone . As I told the lady who works there that I need a phone too and that Rogers knows about my situation... She informed me that they don't sell phones outright ( it's a kiosk )
Well...as I was expecting her to do nothing while I went somewhere else to buy a phone.....andi was wrong. She had gone through and set it all up for me while I was in another store phone shopping
I was so happy to have her help me so well. It's hard to lose all your info and personal data and the girl ( the only girl who works there ) could tell that something was wrong.
To you miss... Thank you and I will come back to that kiosk. You were professional and courteous. You represent Rogers well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good store , i was promised 100 dollars credit 8 months ago . They keep brushing me off hoping i just go away. After 8 months rodgers finally credited it to my account . Nothing to do with that kiosk. They are lyers and cheats.plus rodgers is giving me a new phone, again nothing to do with that kiosk its not the money its the fact that they made a fool of me i dont like being lied to take care kiosk staff , have a nice life and rememner you didnt just lose me as a customer . I know lots people ive been in chilly a long time
