β β β β β Walked into the store and was greeted with a smile and a "How can I help you today?" Customer service at it's best? Gave her the title of the book I wanted and she found it immediately in her computer. Took us to the shelves and found the book? I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes!!! BEST COLES STORE EVER??

β β β β β Staff went above and beyond to try and help me find the books I was looking for, for my son. The one lady came and helped me search the easy readers for train books. Very impressed as she helped without being asked to.

β β β β β I ordered and paid for the delivery of a book from this store. It was not delivered. I received a notice instead to go and pick it up. Getting helo through the website was a joke. I called the store and they passed the buck in a very condescending manner. I do not recommended this store for any reason.

β β β β β Used to love shopping here, unfortunately they are no longer very accomodating to shoppers who are also buying food at the mall. If you plan to shop here you will need to eat afterwards - they won't let you in if you have anything food related (regardless if it's open or not). Very disappointing.
