β β β β β Returned a christmas gift and 10 months later still waiting for my money back. All calls ive made (every 2 weeks) ive been fed a run around. Not once have they call me to update me as to why their return policy is taking so long. Poor customer service

β β β β β All the ladies are wonderful, very friendly, polite and helpful. Helped pick the perfect engagement rings within our budget. When pairing an engagement rings with a wedding bands, they know the perfect combos. I just moved to Mission, but still will continue to drive to Chilliwack for their great customer service.

β β β β β My husband bought me a pair of earrings and was double charged. It took almost amonth to get the money back into our account. When dealing with the store the customer service was horrible and not very polite and forth coming with information. We have dealt with this store for many years and the staff use to be so pleasant.

β β β β β If it was possible to give a negative star I would give that as a review the manager screamed at me on the phone and hung up on me after i told her that I had accidentally called the wrong store and I was trying to apologize because my anger was toward another store, and instead of continuing the conversation and accepting my apology she just dramatically hung up on me, great "management" extremely rude and unprofessional.

β β β β β Very disappointed with our experience at the Chilliwack location! I visited on a Wednesday and saw a ring that I thought my son would like. It was regularly priced at $279. The lady working that day was very polite and helpful and told me that she could also give me 30% off. I told her that sounded wonderful and I would ask my son about the ring. The ring would be just under $200 after the discount and was right in his price range. After talking with my son he decided he would like it and since we live a 40 minute drive away we would have visit the store on the weekend. The store held the ring for us and when we went to buy it they increased the original price by $70!!!!!!!! to $349. When I politely told them that the ring was reg $279 when I looked at it. They then got very rude when I politely asked them to honour the price they showed me four days earlier and responded very curtly "absolutely not!" I was dumbfounded by the treatment. The "manager" said these prices were changed a week ago by head office. When I responded that I was in only four days earlier and the price was $279 she was again very rude and angry and said "too bad, the price is the price. It is set at head office". There was no apology or empathetic treatment at ALL!!! Needless to say we left that store without purchasing anything. On the plus side we went and purchased a lovely ring at a better price from Michael Hill in the same mall where they treated us wonderfully.
