The management is not at all doing a good job. The manager, I think her name is Amber literally she should not be even a part of this store. Doesn’t even know how to talk politely and such a person is the manager ...LOL!!

Great and I love the Laura diy collection and Kendall and Kylie collection I really just love all of their collections the material that use for their clothing is super soft material I love all of their accessories I think they're all just so cute and I will love their socks I love their shoes one day I'm hoping that I can get there high heel runners thank you for reading my review

There is absolutely NO room for more than an average sized person one at A time to go into this location there is A small play area for kids to play while you shop but if you need A stroller or wheel chair or are even more thick than A power line pole I wouldn't bother trying to squeeze through, they have decent sales on jeggings and tanks but you get what you pay for for sure meaning everything I've baught here except A bath bomb most definitely didn't last long at all and EVERY TIME I buy from here they charge things I didn't buy and/or forget to punch in the sales. If I where you i'd go to the bluenotes since its the best place ever since SIREN moved to Abbotsford.

Absolutely the worst retail experience EVER! In May we bought 2 pairs of shoes for my wife. After a few weeks of wearing them the soles split open. I went into the Chilliwack store and was able to get replacements. The sales clerk told me they needed to hold onto my receipt and I was assured that I could ask for it anytime in the future should the shoes fail again. A few months later the replacement shoes have split soles exactly the same way as the first two pairs, so I went to the store trying to get a credit to buy something else other than the same faulty shoes. I asked for the manager and after explaining to her what was going on, she said she could not do anything for me without the receipt. When I told her they kept the receipt, she then wanted to know the date when I bought the shoes, so she could locate it. So, I called my VISA, got the date, and went back to the store now armed with a date so they could find my receipt. Guess what? No receipt! The manager quickly told that they don't have the receipt because long time had passed since June when we exchanged the shoes. So, basically, they won't do anything for me without a receipt that they kept and that they don't even have. DO NOT BUY ANY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT LEAVE YOUR RECEIPT WITH THEM, EVER!!! I WON'T SPEND A DOLLAR IN YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN.

Please see photo below Bought a pair of boots at this location Within one month the heel was separating on one foot and completely gone on the other. I travel alot and had misplaced my receipt ? Contacted head office to see if they could resolve the issue as i find staff at this location uninspired to any customer service. Apparently head office is as well. I love to support Canadian companies but you're going to screw me over for a very cheap pair of boots!!?!?? I even sent pictures Not cheap says head office.Our boots are made by a very reputable manufacturer who stands behind the product. APPARENTLY NOT!!!!

Zero starts given to this place.. they have a sign at front.of store saying "mandatory to sanitize". When actually it is not mandatory. Will not give them.my business.. garbage employees trying to push "the law" when they clearly don't even know it. I will not let my kids or friends shop here anymore.

The staff weren’t very nice. I went in on Tuesday , there was no customers, and they were standing around and didn’t acknowledge my existence. When I wanted to try something on, they made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to them. Wasn’t a super good experience.
