★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I probably won’t shop at this store again for curbside pick-up. I went to return some items and the lady wanted to see my ID for the return to input my address and information. She said she was doing a no-receipt return even though the whole order was in the sticker on the side of the bag. It seemed a little bazaar as I’ve never had this happen before. I bought some other clothing from here and returned it at the Abbotsford store where the cashier there didn’t ask for any of my information. The cashier in Abbotsford said she had to put it on a gift-card though because the exchange done at the Chilliwack store was done improperly. I had to show the Abbotsford old navy cashier my curbside receipt showing my visa was used as payment and she apologized for the errors. Overall, I’ll continue to shop online as this experience was not efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there 2x not bought anything. The selection is lacking, sizes seem to be 8/10 x to be only small and medium.
I like old navy, buy from there multiple times a year.
I will continue to shop here, online works much better than in person for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in hope to find some deals. Almost every item I brought to the till I was forced to ask the clerk to double check the pricing she rang up. She was charging me full price and wasn't too interested in explaining why. I had to insist 4 times ... and only then did she ask for price checks ... and all items were definitely cheaper. I wasn't too impressed. I felt I needed to apologize to her because I was making her do her job? Which is crazy. She was not familiar with discounted items on the floor and did not apologize for the confusion. It was a difference of over 50 dollars!!! I will think twice coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here occasionally, sometimes I find lots of stuff, sometimes I find nothing. There’s almost always a good sale going on. Employees always seem friendly, only downside to this store is it is often messy making it difficult to find the things you’re looking for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices, supervisor or manager that was in the store just now (was also working the fitting rooms) was unfriendly. Maybe she was having a bad day but I had two interactions with her and she seemed very put out at my questions.
