Issue with system loosing orders. Rya in the photo lab was a welcome breath of fresh air. In my opinion she asked the right questions and listened to my responses. Took ownership and made herself available for ME! Didn't assume the system wouldn't fail again. Had a bad up plan for me. A first rate customer service representative. ?

Even though I had experienced poor customer service, I really appreciated how quick London Drugs Management has gotten back in touch with me. Thank you so much! To the Manager of LD , I recently visited LD at the Mall and experienced poor customer service. I always enjoy shopping at the photo lab but my last visit to have passport pictures taken was just horrible. There were two customers ahead of me having pictures taken and I was patiently waiting for my turn. The staff member that has taken the pictures was very friendly and respectful to those customers. Due to the staff being busy as it was on a Saturday, I was transferred over to another staff that worked behind the till at the photo lab. The male staff got a bit upset that he was asked to help me out. The first thing I was asked : β€œYou need the pictures for a permanent residency application ?” Why would he assume that I’m taking it for a PR application ? Maybe because I have a different skin tone ? He didn’t greet me or anything and just wanted to get this done. Taking a passport picture is very important but I was totally rushed throughout the process. Very disappointed with my recent visit :-(

I was looking for a desk, luckily I found it with a great prices!. Unfortunately just only one left which it was a show case. I asked Ewald I. to help me reinstall it cause of we couldn’t take it. Not only he eager to do but he also helped to carry it to my car which I couldn’t do it by myself. I was amazed cause of never saw (got)a great service like this before. Thank you thank you ?for being such a great customer service, you are a service in mind! I really appreciate that. Absolutely we will come back and tell this story to my friends.

This place has changed, not the best service, long delays for pick up of repairs. It’s 6 pm and there is not one staff member at the computer/tech lab. So I called, rude on phone , then given a hard time by a walk by employee, who I give credit for coming out from the back, but the β€œ not my department” comment is really not impressive

Theres a lot of things I like about this store. I'm not a fan of their covid measures. Seeing all the staff masked and their vax mandates for staff are just crazy. One of their staff members is just totally covid crazy, I asked her a question and she jumped back like 10 feet.

Such an incredible experience - Went in today and bought a Canon EOS M200 and the manager (I think manager of that specific department but not sure) cashed me out and was SUPER knowledgeable. He gave me some great tips, and helped me to get everything I needed for the camera, and found me some great cost savings as well. His energy was also contagious and I left in such a positive mood. Honestly have never had a better experience in a store!! Will definitely be going back here for similar purchases in the future. Thank you for making my day!!!

This is a long review of my experience with the purpose of finding out if baby passport photos guaranteed by the $50 gift card or not? A few years ago My wife and I went in for baby passport photos and the photos were rejected we asked for the $50 gift card that is offered by the London drugs passport photo guarantee policy, but we were somewhat rudely told that it does not apply to baby photos. Frustrated, my wife went online and posted a poor review about the experience. Shortly after that she was contacted by the store and told that we were supposed to get the $50 gift card and that we could come in and pick it up. Feeling heard she changed her review to a more positive one. NOW with our second baby we went in for the passport photos and had the same experience again; the passport photos rejected by service Canada, I went back to London drugs and they retook the photos with no complaints for no additional charge. When I mentioned the $50 gift card guarantee and told him about this happening to us a few years ago, I was told again that the guarantee doesn’t apply to baby photos. I explained that we had been through this experience before and that London drugs did issue us the gift card and so they should again this time and eventually I was reluctantly given the free gift card. I write this long review just to ask if baby photos are included in the guarantee or not? I don’t need the $50 gift card and would actually prefer to give it back if I was given it wrongly. I simply hope that the store would either make it clear on the advertisement that baby photos are excluded from the guarantee or that if they ARE included in the guarantee that the store employees would be informed of this so that they can follow the store’s advertised policies and so that in the future customers will be given what they were promised in the guarantee.
