Went into staples today 9 am may 10th.to copie a cpl items off my phone..im a senior and have no idea how to do this..your customer service is a zero....no one helped me...I will never go back there again...shame on this Place!!!

Spent 30 minutes scanning a binder of documents to a USB drive. The in-house instructions were confusing on the scanner and staff refused to assist. In the end, I spent $14 and the documents didn't even save properly to the USB.

Had to pick up a small desk and was pricing out the most cost effective way to implement a few different organizational systems in the house. I have a lot of projects going and the limited space needs to be organized properly ie the very expensive paints and calligraphy tools. Having a system for the projects that’s need to be organized is costing me at least 2k to be properly done. The guy I asked to to help me with a desk was amazing. Brought it to the front and was willing to help me bring it to my car. The guy who works in the electronics, also helpful when I was looking for a laminator. While I was looking at the laminators I started looking at the box next to where the laminators are sold. A lady then came up to me and with a questionable tone asked if I could be helped with something. I said I was okay, just looking at the laminators, — condescending at best I was told that’s not a laminator I agreed and said I know that’s why I’m just looking. At this time my 3 years old son knocked over 2 printers….. she then told him to clean that up before I had the change to parent my own child. I wouldn’t have been bothered if she had came about it in a very different way. I understand it’s frustrating to someone working to have a three year old knock something over. However she was extreamly rude, her intentions were not even to help in the first place because as she walked away I said, have you ever had to take a three year old shopping just before dinner….. yes he was running around but he was three. My son was acting perfectly fine for his age. She ignored me when I asked if she’d taken a three year old shopping and snottily kept walking…. Shelly she said her name was when I asked and then she told me she wouldn’t be bothered but she’d been falling us and having to pick up the few things he knocked over. Well I’m sorry for the inconvenience, perhaps your staples should have an age limit becuase it the end of my kids day and he’s tired and my husband passed away so I had to take him with. That was completely uncalled for. I wasn’t just allowing him to run through the store and the time spent there was stressful. She was anything but helpful. Perhaps next time she sees a mother and their kids bring kids she could ask them if there’s anything she could do to help get us to the till. Maybe stop and pick the laminator I was buying and help me so I can hold my kids hand. I chose to leave and walk out and not continue with buying the desk and the organization stuff I was buying. I didn’t want my three year old inconveniencing Shelly…. When I was walking to the front door she was there telling the other co workers in a rude way about the interaction. Anyways horrible service won’t be there again!

Bought an un opened Logitech Gaming Headset from Staples and cannot return. Due to store policy of NO RETURNS ON HEADSETS, EARBUDS. If I had Known or the store clerk had told me at the time of my purchase, I would have NOT purchased in the first place. I was told to call Logitech direct but they also no to a return of product.

Having to scan a couple of passports photos, i thought using Staples would be the easiest option, RIGHT? WRONG!!! Asking the assistant at the desk nearest to the scanners for some idea how to work the machine, I was told in no uncertain terms that she could not help in anyway. She mentioned that she could'nt look over anyone's shoulders, due to the possibility of seeing their details. After assuring her my details wouldnt be seen, but still needing some idea of how to operate the scanner and connect to my email address, she simply said NO!!! If you require this type of help, my best advice would be stay well clear, the store manager was programmed the exact same way as the assistant. If there was a minus star rating, this store would have got -5 stars.

This is the best staples I have been to yet. Leagues better then the Surrey Place area staples. We needed to get a hold of the last of a specific chair. So we called them up and a young lady helped us save that very sku of the chair we wanted. We zipped down there in a good hour drive each way and they had it all ready to go at till 5. Very well faced store, lots of young and attentive staff all working! Not staring at phones. Fantastic store, great staff. Would recommend this store anytime.
