Was told that you could do in-store exchanges which is not the case you end up having to wait for them to mail you a shipping label mail out the product and wait for them to mail you a gift card.
Which means the same down time as the manufacturer warranty ?

The one time I came here to shop I saw
An employee get verbally assualted by a customer while managment just sat and watched
Customers getting ignored by staff
And when staff were helping customers they were pushy and judgmental about the customers choices
I'm surprised this store hasn't been inspected for all the problems and situations I've seen and heard
My recommendation is to shop online or locally cause this store is a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Best Buy at the beginning of November and I didn’t get any help. I was looking for a soundbar for my TV and don’t know enough to know what to look for. I found the soundbars and ended up googling the different ones there as nobody was available or around to help. I also had two kids under 3 with me and they don’t have shopping carts so my shop was very brief as I didn’t have time to watch my one child run all over the store. I’ll buy online next time as I can do the research online and better help myself from home then going in and getting no help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience with the mobile department this week. Had to go in twice due to a price change from Koodo (gotta save that moola?) and both times were helped by Mikhail. He was super helpful and nice, despite clearly being busy (Black Friday)! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working from home, needed to replace mouse at 10 AM. Ran to Bestbuy Chilliwack was there Wednesday at 10:40AM. CLOSED. Open at 11 AM. A total complete joke. On a Wednesday. Quickly ran down to London Drugs. Bought the $ 120 mouse there. Thankyou London Drugs for having business hours that work with people that actually 'work'. From now on, my business goes to Staples or London Drugs. They actually respect their customers by being open at 'real working hours'. Bestbuy, you come across lazy and out of touch. Your stuck back in the pandemic, or enjoy cheaping your employees hours back. Get it together or you will lose your 'working' customer base.

He definitely went beyond customer service to help us out .
We left with a new laptop and wireless mouse .

I love that they have a wide variety of diffrent types of heaphones and speakers this place is truley amazing with thier wide variety of things you can buy. I would 100% suggest you go to this store very easy to get to and the prices are moderately ok depending the device. Checkouts aren't that busy so that is a big bonus. Thier workers are very nice and trust me they always ask you if you need help with somthing which is perfect. And overall great place and once again suggest it 100%

It can be frustrating to know if a certain product will work for your purposes, so I recommend you talk with one of their more knowledgeable employees before buying anything.
