★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going previously with Telus and not receiving the loyal customer pricing that I figured that being with them for nearly 20 years was worth I bit of a deal, Andre reached out and said I can help you out if you want to switch suppliers I said sure what the heck ! He worked a great deal with my business and got me two phones with cases and screen protectors and all still worked out cheaper per month than I was currently receiving with Telus! Thanks Andre for your awesome customer service! Too notch! Keep up the solid work! I’ll be back and send people your way!

He was very polite, helpful and helped us get the best plan for our needs. I would highly recommend wireless wave and Andre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just was in the store to ask about plans and options, I have been coming to wireless wave for over 10 years and had the rudest person to deal with. He was dismissive to my questions and didn’t eat to help me at all. I was looking for a new iPhone and plan. When I asked him if there was an issue with helping me he rolled his eyes. I won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a place to buy third party cell phone insurance go to Best Buy and get Geek Squad, the cost per month is about the same and they include free lifetime screen protector replacement on your device. Also the person who claimed to be attempting to serve me was extremely rude and dismissive and yelled at me so loud that my friends across the aisle in Purdy's could hear him. I will not be back.
