I always goto the mall and buy from Koodo booth / kiosk and this time we got my hubby a cell and we had dwnlded some apps....and when i called them all frustrated and expecting them to tell me to hold because they are busy or call *611 she listened to my question and explained ever so nicely and understandably and I am so appreciative for that because the whole process was easy. I have been dealing with Koodo at the mall for last 4 years and I have been very happy with them and their service and products. And when I go there to buy a cell I always tell them what I like in a cell and what I use my cell for and they always hook me up with what i need not the most expensive gadget they can get commission for or something I cannot understand or need lol Thank you Koodo!

Very odd and kinda scammy even
To each their own hope you get better service but your better to talk to the online reps than them , witch is very sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Oct 28th, 2020. I went to get a sim card and activate add a Koodo account to an exciting phone. I was met with two young people who clearly didn’t want to be bothered with customer service. After mustering some energy one male representative in a snail’s pace attempted to assist me by opening the account, but when it came to activating the phone he was unable and said phone was faulty.
I went to my regular Telus/Koodo store down the block the fantastic Clearwest solutions where she contradicted his findings, was able to phone out using my sim card and as the account was still opened suggested returning to the Koodo kiosk in the mall and get the sim card he tossed back.
Well this was not a pleasant experience to say the least. The male rep at the kiosk was belligerent and rude. Even telling me to go back to Clearwest, and when I asked him to call Koodo to stop the cancelation, he said he had made, but was yet appearing on my account. He refused. He asked me to Enlighten him not only once but twice is a snarky tone. Enlighten him on what he was to tell Koodo he did wrong. Well that was enough for me to ask for his manager.
In the end I still had to return to Clearwest to have Teresa put the sim card into the phone as neither the male rep nor their manager was able to put sim card in and link it to the Koodo network. I did make my first call from the new phone to the Koodo Kiosk to let them know it does indeed work.
Phone works great now thanks to Clearwest Solutions. I highly recommend if you are reading this you stay away from the Kiosk in the cotton wood mall and head straight to Clearwest Solutions on Vedder Rd.
