Very disappointing - looking for 2 items that should have been in a luggage shop. They had neither. Disinterested help. Whole bunch of stuff that all looks the same. ?

My daughter purchased a Tracker suitcase because staff there raved about their 10 yr warranty. One trip to Ontario and a trip to Europe later, and the seams were coming apart. "No problem", I thought..."I have all the paperwork and receipts, so I'll just take it back to Bentley". Uhhhhh no. Completely put through the wringer and having to jump through a million hoops, including taking the suitcase to Vancouver (1 hr commute each way) to a place called West End Luggage. There, they will look at the suitcase and determine if the defect is on Tracker. If you go to Bentley's website, it says that I only need to bring the case to the store and that staff will inspect the suitcase and then "...either replace the defective item or send it away for repair". I have now made 3 trips to the store at Cottonwood mall and several phone calls to attempt contact with a manager (the staff are new and have no idea), with no success. If I had purchased this from a Costco or Walmart, I'd already have my refund or at least spoken to a manager. What's the point of doing business with a boutique store, if they won't take care of you? Might as well buy online and save $$ and grief. needless to say, we won't be shopping there anymore. Update. made one last trip to the store and spoke to an employee there. She was very apologetic and felt sorry for us. She agreed with our view and she replaced the suitcase and all is well again. I will not change my review rating, because the remedy was on the employee and not the company. Kudos to her and shame on Bentley.

The staff lie and dealing with head office is a nightmare. I was told when I bought my suitcase that the rest of the set could be brought in for me. Manager took my name and number then I never heard from her. Called once and then went into the store to enquire about the other items and was told they were still working on it. Contacted HO about it and they told me that the items were not available any longer but they had one in the Richmond location. When asked if they would ship the items to my location they said No they do not do that. Asked them to hold the one in Richmond and I would make the drive. β€œNo problem it will be there waiting for you” Drove 2+ hours to the location and they did not have it!!! Asked to return the 1 case I had or exchange for another set and was told no because it was a clearance final sale item. Something not mentioned at time of my purchase. When I went back to speak to the manager to try and find a solution she started arguing with me, offered no apology and was so rude I started crying. If I could rate this lower than 1 I would. Do not shop here or trust anything that any employee tells you. They will say anything to sell you something then leave you hanging out to dry if you need help. HO is no help either, just as rude. Shop anywhere but here.

I visited the Bentley store few days back, i was welcomed by Ms. Simran. She was very polite, helpful and welcoming. She helped me with picking up a wallet for myself. She was very calm and had a smile on her face throughout. Would love to visit the store again and buy many more products.

I went this afternoon with my mum and we were pleasently greeted by the sales associate Devon. He guided us through the store explaining every step of the way. Watched my kids whilst I was helping my mom pick a bag. He was so pleasent and helpful. A young man with great customer service was so nice to see and experience. My mum and I both walked out with bags.

What a pleasure it was purchasing luggage here. The lovely young lady who was working on Sunday, 7th November 2021at 5pm was helpful, friendly and most accommodating.....and went the extra mile. Thank you for a great shopping experience.
