★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store for over an hour. Wasn't acknowledged one time by any staff member. The girl who rang me through at the til was rude and abrupt. I thought she might be having a bad day so tried to be extra nice. She never smiled once, and never even thanked me at the end. Seems to hate her job. I work in customer service and yes, it's challenging at times, but I'm always polite. I will drive a bit further next time, and shop at a store that actually seems to want my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban Planet has always been my choice of clothing stores. You want something different, special original then go here. Excellent prices. I just bought a hooded denim jacket that would have cost me big bucks somewhere else. Guess what I paid $10.00 unbelievable prices! Playboy boxer shorts 2 pairs in a package $10.00. This was men's and it has even a bigger selection of women's clothing. This is definitely the store you have to experience at least once in your lifetime and I can garentee you will keep coming back over and over again. I'm hooked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has some racist worker's, Dec 23 2021 I witnessed a young worker been very rude and ignorant to an indigenous woman and her child. The worker spoke to the lady very rudely, the worker glared at the mother and child. The ignorance in her voice and how she glared showed that she was racist. The good ole manager tried to justify the young workers' actions. What really did it for me was how she glared at the child, the child looked to be around 2. If your workers are racist,get rid of them. I will no longer shop there for my daughter's clothing. Only receiving a star from me as I need to leave one in order to comment. Manager needs to get some act Right and stop justifying for workers rude behavior!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping here for awhile and always find the staff friendly! I came in looking for a pair of bell bottoms/flared jeans. I being a male shopping in the womens section looking for good fitting pants is hard but I found that their Austin high waisted flared jeans fit perfectly! I went a couple days later to buy more! The quality of the clothing is good. The pricing is great (especially when there is a sale). If you need trendy clothes or just clothing to fit your style, try this store! You wont regret it haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little store in Junction Square Shopping Center. Everything is buy one get one free right now. Some amazing deals and really cool clothes. My daughter absolutely loves this shop. It's her go to place for new clothes and gift cards for her friends
