Any reason why your staff on shift this late morning won't invite potential customers in. She stared at me. "Can I come in?". Odd. Having to ask to enter. What do you want!!!! I reply. Would like to browse. Slowly started walking around counter. Forget it. I don't want to shop here. Won't t be back. Not very customer focused.

Kings Jewellers (Cottonwood Mall - Chilliwack)
My son got me a beautiful diamond cross necklace and rose gold ring with diamond and a saltwater pearl for Christmas, both so stunning. Last night, I realized the pearl was gone. I was so upset. No receipt and if they offered additional insurance, it was declined lol. So I called today to see if they could fix it and also get a quote to resize the ring.
Easiest, most pleasant experience ever. They will both replace the pearl and resize the ring, no cost to me, no questions asked.
Thank you so much Kings Jewellers, you guys rock!
