Michelle got me a consultation with Kelly the next morning as I was under a time limit. Kelly was clear and informative and made me most relaxed and comfortable with the treatment. Answered all my questions. And Maisaa did the procedure that afternoon. She kept me entertained throughout the process of ultherapy and did a highly professional job. Thankyou all.

I would not recommend this clinic. While the staff are all very kind and friendly, and the clinic is very clean and modern, my skin suffered tremendously due to the skincare routine and products prescribed to me. I had horrible chemical burns, and my skin was so dry and tight it hurt to smile. I was told my skin was just getting used to the products, and she recommended going back to using them every other night again. Additionally, I was told these issues should pass after using consistently for 6 weeks, and I continued to use them for 10 weeks and saw zero change in my painful skin. I had more breakouts than I ever had in my life.
Now, I thought it must just be an exception and the products just didn't interact well with my skin specifically. But no, I have spoken to several women who have had almost identical issues with their skin due to the products prescribed/recommended at this clinic.
Recently, I spoke with my physician who actually does NOT recommend any dermatologists in Chilliwack. My doctor referred me to my new dermatologist who feels the products that were prescribed to me were not meant for my skin type, and he's unsure why they were even recommended for me. I feel very disappointed as I spent a lot of money to purchase the FunctionLab skincare products I was recommended. I cannot comment on any services offered at this clinic, just the products prescribed/recommended.

They Really make you feel comfortable, are right up on their services and product knowledge. Their custom skin care regimes they put together for you specifically are AMAZING!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this review today to highlight one of the many fantastic employees at this location. Today Lori went absolutely above and beyond for me. I was having difficulty with a prescription being sent off to my pharmacy, as the fax machine was not working. I was unable to go get the form either before closing, so Lori volunteered on her own personal lunch break to physically bring the form to the pharmacy for me. She did not have to go out of her way this much for me and I’m incredibly grateful she did. It shows me how much she cares for the client. I have always respected this clinic as all of the ladies have been incredibly helpful and the location is very clean and presentable. I am now a life time customer due to what Lori did for me, and I’ll make sure to recommend everyone I know to this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The folks were friendly and informative. The lip filler and another procedure went smoothly. The results are still to follow as the mini lip filling treatment needs several days to heal. It is quite involved. I had no idea. I left with some nice complimentary goodies of skin care samples and soothing lip balm plumper. The plumper balm is helping to heal and soothe my lips during the recovery period. Thank you for your services. I would not hesitate to return to the clinic again.
