★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a difficult under cut that was growing out. Jerry blended it perfectly, and its growing out beautifully. There was a slight wait, but I didn’t mind. Also, Jerry lets you know everything he is doing and why. Will return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Monday May 2nd my 18 year old niece went to get her hair done at Chatters Salon in chilling back at the Cottonwood Mall. She never thought to ask what they charge for the job that she wanted done, however she was there for over 5 hours, and at the end of everything they pretty much took all the money she had they charged her over $600 to change her hair color from a reddish pink to blonde. I'm sorry but you do not take advantage of an 18-year-old girl going to school a student and charge her over $600 to dye her hair. If that was the case and that was the price somebody should have pulled her aside and make her understand that rather than tell her at the end it's causing her over $600 it's ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your self-confidence, dignity and money and go to one one the other many top notch hair salons in Chilliwack. I feel a one star is even much too high of a rating for this place.
After asking for a super natural bronde balayage, my hair was fried stark white from top to bottom. Customer service is horrible and degrading. I'll never be able to reverse the damage caused to my hair until years down the road, once it's all cut off. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars I paid, to be humiliated. This corporation is awful, even though I hate to discount the few lovely stylists there are at this location.
Just don't do it. Don't make the mistake I did. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not one to complain. In fact I have never given a negative review before.
But...The last time I got a haircut from Chatters it went wonderfully the gentlemen who cut my hair listened to exactly what I wanted and suggested things based on how my hair is.
This time around I went in with a couple hair cut ideas -but specifically told the hair dresser that I dont style my hair. I felt as if she discarded my original idea of getting a pretty normal hair cut with potential bangs even though I said my hair is very thin and stubborn so idk if it would suit me. She went ahead with it and followed one photo for cutting my hair. Instead of the two original I showed her. She also went through of how I had to style it after my hair was cut for it to look good - when I told her I dont style my hair!
I left with something that looks like a mullet, that I cant fix because of how she made my hair so shaggy looking. I would essentially have to get a pixie cut to fix it. I feel ugly with my new hair cut to the point where I can only have my hair up to feel put together.
I felt as if my hairdresser discarded what I voiced about me not styling my hair, not listening to my full concerns and not following what i had initially instructed i wanted.
Chatters can be great depending on who you get but I was not satisfied with my experience this time around.
And i wont be going to chatters again.

exactly what i wanted - to a T. she even took the time to blow out the little snips that had fallen into my mask. appreciate the professional service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today for a haircut. I have long hair. I asked for a cut, showed a picture of what I wanted and walked out without the style I requested. I was in the chair and 10 minutes later out the door. With a shorter version of what I came in with. I wanted the style to frame my face and it is all one length. The easiest hairstyle to do. He was a nice guy but really should pay closer attention to what is being asked.
