★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a manicure and it was lovely! Friendly staff, nice environment, and my nails look beautiful. I enjoyed the paraffin hand treatment, which smelled sweet and made my hands feel so smooth! I will definitely be back to enjoy more of their spa services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sucks. Second time I had an appointment cancelled last minute once I didn’t even get a call. Today is Mother’s Day and they call me 50 mins before my appointment?! What a total joke ? do t even bother making an appt. You will get excited about it and then they will just call an cancel and basically not offer you any options. They might not even call you to tell you ?? I would give a lower rating if I could but unfortunately 1 star is as low as it goes. Seriously, just book somewhere else and save yourself the time and hassle. Like most spas they are completely over priced ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time waxing at the place. Not first time waxing. Staff friendly enough, however, when I left a message with a concern/observation, no one called back. I called again and did get a return call with an excuse. My complaint was valid. Three days after the treatment I had stubble, which means the hair was broken off, not pulled out. I got some song and dance that Hair grows back in stages. Sure. BUT NOT STUBBLE. Was told I'd get a call back from a manager. Guess the manager didn't get the message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah is amazing! I went in to get my first haircut after 2+ years of growing out a pixie cut and I was extremely nervous. She listened to my concerns and made the process an absolute dream. She was beyond friendly and we chatted the whole time, which really took my mind off my nerves and made the experience easier for me. Her work was fast yet efficient and I felt absolutely beautiful when I left. I would highly recommend her and I can't wait to come back for my next cut and see her. Thanks Sarah!
