They went above and beyond! Even though they didn't offer the type of massage my wife was looking for, they spent the time and effort to find a place that did offer it, and called her back to provide her the details. This is a amazing example of how local business should be run, and this level of service and professionalism is so rare nowadays. Thanks so much, we will be promoting your business to our friends and family.

I have started seeing Christine Jackson for cranial sacral therapy and pregnancy massage and I couldn't be happier. Every newly pregnant women should see her. My body always feels restored, balanced, and calmer which is especially a huge relief in the first trimester. My partner has been seeing Nick Nicola one of the owners and is incredibly happy with his professionalism, knowledge of the human body, and his talented skills as an RMT. We both highly recommend this clinic!

The atmosphere is perfect. Visually modern and calm, bright in the common areas, a relaxed dark in the massage rooms with twinkle lights in the ceiling. Staff are wonderful, friendly, professional. The best overall experience of any RMT I've been to.

As we were travelling through B.C. for a month, I was in need of a massage. I was connected with Karli Frizzell and the massages became weekly and were absolutely on point! Karli asks lots of questions to makes sure she can deliver the relief you are looking for. I want her to move to Alberta! Thanks Karli for all you did for me. ??

I had a session with Antonio and it was the first time in a long time I’ve had some form of pain relief. He was professional, efficient, fun, and I had the best massage treatment. Highly recommend booking with Antonio!

The best RMT massages I've received, hands down. Able to target the areas of concern using various techniques and adapt as needed. A friendly, and easy going staff. Highly recommend this group.

I was delighted to find out that Karli Frizzell was a massage therapist at Reclaimed Health as I knew her as a young girl and had not seen her in several years. Her caring and compassion shone through during her course of treatment for my pain issues. I would definitely go back to her and would recommend anyone else to use her services as well.

Christine Jackson is absolutely amazing and did wonders for my infant son. That being said, I have never been treated so horribly by an owner of a business. I recently had to cancel an appointment for myself as my parents were in a car accident and I no longer had child care for my baby. I called to cancel the minute I knew (5hrs in advance). The receptionist said nothing about being charged full price for the appointment. When I noticed I was charged I called in and the receptionist said it is policy but she will get the owner to call me. When I spoke to the owner she quite literally told me that it is a family friendly facility and I should have known I can bring my infant to the appointment and it is my fault I did not ask at the time of cancellation. I am a first time mom I did not think it would be an option to bring my baby to a massage therapy appointment, and what therapist would honestly want a baby there as well? Regardless, I understand there is policy but this owner could have shown a shred of compassion. It is not like I just didn't show up or have ever cancelled before. She lost 3 clients today, but according to her, she is fine with it. I will certainly miss Christine. * I did not yell nor raise my voice. Had she actually listened to me and not escalated the situation by blaming me she would have realized I did not want a refund. What I wanted to convey was her receptionist could have reminded me I would be charged for not providing a reason for canceling and that the receptionist is often condescending and abrupt. She has no problem talking down to me but can’t provide pertinent information. However, I could tell all the owner cared about is money and not client service nor have compassion for her clients. So I decided to make my point and end the conversation. The fact that you need such a policy speaks volumes for how you manage your business.
