★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased both pillows as well as sheet sets and I find both items to be excellent. Not sure which pillows they were, but the sheets were the “Bamboo Nights”. I purchased from the Chilliwack store and my Sleep Country representative was Claude Grenier. Excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst matress store I've ever walked into. Sale staff literally ignored us until we asked a question. Didn't explain the mattresses and how different they are. Basically showed us one matress and sold it to us. Sale person lied about the sale. I hate the matress it's the worst sleep I've ever had
I wake up in pain every day now for a week I can barely move my body. This is horrible. The Sale person should have been more helpful. We felt we were treated rudly because of how we look. Just because someone looks young doesn't mean they are not going to buy something. I would never recommend sleep country to anyone. Go to another store that actually cares about you.
Went back after the 21 days you need to test the matress out. Husband walked out of store. Staff so rude and un helpfull. Tried to sell us another cheap matress. I don't care what I had to spend I just want a good night sleep. I'd never recommend sleep country to anyone. They are horrible matress sales people extreme un helpful. Spent more money hopefully got a good matress. Worst experience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have always purchased our mattresses from Sleep Country. Our latest mattress was not as comfortable but were told once we broke it in it would be better. First salesperson didn't let us know that but upon returning to a different Sleep Country this was explained. So floor models have been broken it so good to know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the store to buy a bed for a Ukrainian refugee family that came to our country to escape their war torn country. We were given a great price for a new mattress, sheets, pillows and bed frame. The delivery happened within a couple of days. Thank you for helping us help other people in need!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience with our bed purchase. Our salesman Anthony was great to work with. He was efficient in narrowing down exactly what we wanted.
Our initial delivery went well however after a few days we noticed that some of the features on our adjustable base were not working. A quick phone call and Sleep Country was going to replace it.
I had the team out today and Zalmai realized there was nothing wrong with the bed, it just was not installed properly! He was super knowledgeable and had it working properly in no time at all.
Things don't always go perfectly however I felt that Sleep Country did handle everything extremely well and I know that I have been well taken care of.

the bed including the fact that it was a box bed. Thought I was getting a normal mattress. The salesman was far too busy adding up the dollar signs Instead of making sure I got the right bed.
The mattress is much too hard and causes me a lot of pain. I will have to spend more money to compensate for that.
The delivery was terrible. They forgot to bring the platform and I had to wait a few more days for that. The second delivery team were condescending and just threw the mattress on the platform and didn't bother to straight it out.
I don't want another mattress, from them would rather have my money back.
Would not recommend this store to anyone. 2 thumbs down.

I have been using it now for 3 mos., and am extremely happy with it. It's wonderful to have a bed/mattress that is so comfortable. Firm and Comfortable at same time. I am very pleased with my purchase!!
