We just purchased a new mattress and pillows from David. After sleeping on our old horrible bed for 12 years the difference has been amazing. We used to toss around and struggle to sleep for hours but since we got this new amazing bed it's ZZZZzzz in just minutes. Why did we struggle so many years? Should have done this a long time ago. David was very helpful and no pressure sales. So nice to be treated in the old school way by a person that listens to your needs. Was worth the drive from Sunshine Valley BC and we highly recommend Innovative Sleep Solutions and supporting small local businesses. Thanks David, we can sleep again and wake without back pain at long last!

After shopping for our previous bed at a large furniture chain store a few years ago we were sold a memory foam mattress that didn't last for a couple years. We decided to actually shop for a mattress at a specialty sleep store. Looking online and reading reviews we came across Innovative Sleep Solutions. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Terry. We explained our situation to Terry and he gave us honest advice on which mattress would suit us best. We purchased the mattress and box spring and set up delivery when we got possession of our townhouse. When the delivery came we were met with Dave he had a look at the delivery route and said that there was no way to get this bed to the third floor with the narrow staircase and low height clearance (king size bed). I was disappointed and in frustration I had them deliver the bed in the garage so I can measure and see if it would fit (being stubborn). Well the bed didn't fit and in under 15 mins of the delivery crew leaving Terry called and we discussed some options of what we can do from here. We decided on going with a different mattress for more money but Terry was able to give us a deal on the upgrade and also was able to get the new bed and foundation expedited for us and even offered a loaner mattress so we had something to sleep on. From start to finish this company helped me every step of the way. If you are in the market for a new bed go see Terry and Dave at Innovative Sleep Solutions. Five Stars.

Beautiful cabinet bed at a fair price with top-notch service. Terry was easy to deal with and helped us narrow down exactly what we needed. The delivery came on time (rarely happens) and Dave actually delivered it himself! These guys are pros. Would absolutely buy from them again.

We love our new adjustable bed and mattress! The quality of the latex mattress is amazing! Terry was wonderful in helping with our decision. He directed us to different beds and mattresses, which he thought would suit our requirements. He was so patient and accommodating while we repeatedly took our time trying out the various beds. And we were pleased with the delivery and set up. Knowledgeable service with a welcoming smile.

The absolute BEST mattress/bed purchase experience ever! Excellent customer service that went far beyond the norm (probably the best I have ever experienced)! Dave was attentive, diligent and genuinely seemed to care and listen to what was needed. From my 1st call inquiring about the bed frame (the Harmony High-Low Medical bed), to choosing the right mattress and then to the finish with a very challenging home delivery (for them) all was handled with such professionalism and care. We cannot recommend Innovative enough...they truly are the BEST! Thanks again Dave, the bed/mattress is awesome!

We bought a cabinet bed here and were really excited to have a place for our guests to sleep that wasn't an airbed or a couch. The first unit delivered had clear defects (a shim along the door rail, and the drawer unit itself didn't open or close smoothly). The delivery driver Tony could see a clear problem with the unit, and he contacted the owner Dave while I contacted the owner Terry. Terry was very understanding and sympathetic and agreed to send us a new unit. Dave tried to blame the whole issue on my floors, saying they were uneven. When we pointed out the shim, it was clear to everyone that this unit was not built correctly. They took the unit away and promised me a new unit in a few weeks. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the new unit arrived. At least I thought it was 'new' until I spotted MY OWN furniture felts that I had them put on the original defective unit. So they had built a new drawer, but sent me the same unit that was originally delivered (NOT what I was told was happening). Fast forward to today and an actual new unit arrived. However, one of the latches, needed to hold the very heavy doors closed, was not aligned and the pin wasn't even catching - so the entire door was being held by only one pin! Dave and Tony delivered, and Dave again told me it was my 'uneven floors.' Ludicrous as it was very clear the pin was not catching in the hole it was supposed to fit. I told Dave it was unacceptable and he moved the latch mechanism here onsite, still claiming my floors were the issue (we checked our floors after the initial bed was delivered and they are NOT an issue here). So while I love having a cabinet bed (and thankfully now have one that will lock on both sides, as it should), I can't give full marks to Innovative Sleep Solutions. Terry does listen to the customer, but Dave wants to blame the customer for issues with their product. If you do go here, I suggest you deal only with Terry, as he is reasonable and wants to make things right.

We love our King bed that we purchased here 6 years ago. We also just purchased a cabinet bed and it’s well made, comfortable and beautiful! We are always getting compliments on how nice is looks- we are very happy customers! Thank you Dave & Terry, we will be back!
