I recently purchased a mattress from the store, prices are appropriate in comparison to other competing brands. Also highlight of our purchase was dealing with the sales person Virk. He helped us in easy transaction and delivery of the product.

Ordered a dining set back in September, and was to arrive mid November. Received a call the table was back ordered until January of 2022, but the chairs are available now. The representative told me I should accept the chairs now or it might be unavailable or out of stock by January. 1. Should I just have extra chairs laying around for another two months? 2. I understand each item in a dining set at the Brick can be bought individually, but regardless, is each item in a set first come first serve basis? How did you sell a set then? 3. I thought when you buy a set, you get it as a set. Is there a possibility it will be delayed longer than January 2022 if they sell out of the chairs or if the chairs become back ordered? 4. Why don't they just put aside the items that are available and wait for the missing items to arrive and deliver it to the client as a set? I mean those available items are technically "sold". I'm trying to figure the logic of the call I received today. As a buyer, it makes me anxious if I'm ever going to get the items I purchased, since I refused to get the items delivered separately. UPDATE: The staff here don't have transparency. They'll keep giving you dates when the order will arrive, so like a normal human being you wait. But when the time comes, they tell you it's actually not the date and it's delayed or expected at a different date. It has happened 3 times so far. It'll be about six months now.

Bad service for repairs. Never call back to provide the repair service. They just ignore you and tell you to contact the Samsung company for your gas range., after two months without call back . First time. Send someone who actually didn’t know how to fix the problem. He left without say anything. Until we call back, they said he order wrong parts, they will call us when they receive the parts. They promised. In fact after two months no one call back. I went back to store they told me to call 1800 ******Today we called , they told me to contact Samsung for fixing it.What reason to buy store warranty for not coming to fix your new buying gas range for one month with problems. So disappointed with their customer service.

We got a great impression from super friendly staff, the lady's name was Angel. In the beggining, we were not sure which living room theme to go or even finance plan, but she showed us many beautiful furnitures and explained details, also pro and cons. We are so happy what we picked and so appreciate Angel who making her effort to help us patiently.

I have purchased from Brick prior and it was quick and fair. But this time i was here to use the β€œstore credit” and it was a horrible experience. Apologies on the long msg. Day 1: we liked a coffee table , spoke to the manager , got to the place where he agreed to price match it and finish purchase. Within minutes he came back and said no we cant price match, after he got to know we using store credit and then payoff the balance. (We got the same table from a local shop at half the price including delivery) Day 2: we came in again to just finish the store credit and leave. Thought to purchase an air conditioner , i was told store credit was for a furniture so i have to purchase a furniture ( made no sense but okay its a policy) . Went ahead liked a on floor Cabinet, asked if there is any damage to make sure (i was said, please inspect by urself) We went ahead to finish it off pay the balance, they had billing issues (charged on some other account, had to return the money back to me, charge me again) i stay there for about 1.5 hrs. Explanation given: there is no staff, one manager and 3 pick ups. Again i was calm and i said I understand it’s fine. No harsh feelings here because its fine it happens. All I requested was i have stayed here in the shop for about 1.5hrs and i was billed only when i came to say i am leaving, i asked them β€œ if this cabinet doesn’t fit in my car just include my delivery into the bill, atleast I deserve that for staying that long and all that delays” , i have a reply β€œApologies on the wait, but that is a service” , what about the customer service i did not get while purchasing the product? How do you compensate that? Definitely a Bad Day at Brick for me.

I want to give them a 0 but its not possible so I had to do 1 star. They delivered a box spring damaged and when the replacement came it was damaged as well. I wanted a refund for the product but they refused. Worst service and experience. I will never shop at the brick again. Paid over $2000 for both mattress and boxspring and received a terrible product and service. If you need any new bedding or supplies I'd recommend going anywhere but the Brick. Do not make my mistake.

My mother and I went to get a Boxing Day sale mattress at this location today. My mom is elderly, disabled, and demanding, she's a very hard to deal customer, but we had perhaps the best service ever! The sales representative we dealt with was Angel. She was so nice and accommodating for my mom. We purchased a mattress, with delivery and removal of old mattress scheduled for tomorrow, I couldn't believe so quick! Once home I called the store back to just thank the store for the service, and I was told Google reviews go to Corporate so to send a Google review. So if Corporate is reading this, you have a very nice sales representative in mattresses at this location, named Angel :).

Visited this location and was absolutely impressed with the service provided. Me and my wife had an amazing shopping experience with Mehdi. He helped us with buying a sofa and two recliner chairs. Not only did we receive our items within 2 days of purchasing, we also received great deal and financing options too! Would definitely shop with him again!
