S	Sabrina Cavezza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their newly renovated store! It has reasonable prices and I love their decorative accents which I've seen in the lottery homes too. I recently shopped there and received excellent customer service from Ashley. I highly recommend her to have a very enjoyable shopping experience. She went above and beyond getting stuff down from the wall and looking in the back for stock. She also checked on their computer to make sure that I was getting their 20% off your purchase in your birthday month which I wasn't and made sure I was. She also mentioned about their 14 day price adjustment policy too. I felt extremely lucky that day to have gotten her outstanding customer service! Shopping for anything would be so much more enjoyable if all sales staff were like her! It's great having an Urban Barn store so close to home...I highly recommend shopping here.
T	TheTerrinelson “TerriN” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to the store to finalize the purchase of a sofa. Two staff were at the front desk and there was only one other person in the store. They were clearly working on something so we just looked around the store for a bit. After a while I sat near the cash register so as not to interrupt. The whole time we were there we were not acknowledged. Finally after 20 minutes or so I stood in front of the two staff and a woman (I think the manager) literally glared at me and said "Yes, can I help you?" She gave me the most hateful look it was unreal. I've been there before and it is hit and miss. Sometimes nice staff sometimes a bit icy. The other staff member helped us and was nice but the experience made me want to go elsewhere. I get if you're busy but just say hello and explain that you're in the middle of something and will be with you as soon as possible. We ended up purchasing a sofa from a different store. I made a complaint to head office and they said they would let the manager know. Lol I think the ice queen IS the manager.
S	Sandra Urquhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a huge fan of Urban Barn and have purchased most of my furniture there in the past 8 months. I just noticed a crack in my extra large beautiful table. It has to be a defect. The table is so thick and has a bit of a distressed look to it so unless you look on the end you may not notice it. I'm worried now that I see how deep it is. I have reached out to Urban Barn to see if they stand behind their products but haven't heard back from them yet. I just furnished by home office on the weekend! I absolitely love the style of their furniture!

I ordered in store a large piece of art work and they would not help me load it when it arrived. No one told me I could arrange for delivery or said when I purchased, “make sure to bring someone with you for pick up as we are NOT allowed to help you load.” It’s only if a customer goes to their website and reads about pick up, that you find this out. With most stores doing curb side pick up today that you open your SUV and they load for you this is terrible customer service.

My mom wanted a picture frame and there was no sign not to take the product you want off the wall so she brought it to the cashier and she literally freaked out on us being so disrespectful saying don’t take things off the wall! We said there is no sign? And she’s like you should know not to take things off the wall. And she kept arguing… this was our favorite store but with how extremely rude she was I just couldn’t believe it.
