Truly Gorgeous and looked fabulous but after six weeks of use, they were rusting and completely non functioning. So frustrating - I expected a superior product for the purchase price of $76.00 each. That is not how you build customer support.

P	Paul B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I walked in (with 2 children) and were excited to see the RH Outlet store. We had a very odd experience though - they weren't happy to see us. Not one person talked to us the whole time we were there (for about 35 mins). We did get dirty looks from the staff though, so that was fun. It's important to note, our kids are very well behaved. During my 35 minutes in the store, I noticed other customers (without kids) were immediately greeted and helped. Looking past the snooty staff, I found the furniture way over priced for slightly damaged and frankly not the best quality furniture.

We were barely in the store and putting our masks on and the lady quickly approached us saying good thing we have our masks because she would have kicked us out. She must have thought it was funny. It went downhill from there. What a waste of our time. It's too bad they couldn't get the same professionals from their Granville store. So disappointing.

I never had a couch cushion that went flat so fast. You think you get quality, But the foam store said they have had to replace these cushions frequently. Where is the quality furniture??
