★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to show up to get a consultation done. I wanted long extensions and to get my hair re coloured orange. They said they could do it and even set up an appointment a week or so after. After getting my hair coloured (terribly) they told me they couldn’t do my extensions. They had more than a week to tell me that!! If I knew I couldn’t get the extensions then I wouldn’t have coloured my hair. Also I asked for orange .. they gave me red with roots! So upset about it. Not worth 200-300 dollars !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to JP mode salon. First off, I would like to commend them for being so welcoming and efficient in their customer service. I was greeted right away, offered a beverage and taken straight to my seat. Their salon is very spacious and serene and even the fully lay-down washing stations are wonderful. I left with great hair, refreshed and rejuvenated, and taken care of right till I walked out their doors. Thank you JP mode!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for years now and their salon is excellent. They are always up-to-date on products and their knowledge. They have the best stylists working there so you know you are getting your money's worth. They also care about your hair and are aware of each client's circumstances because not all products work for each customer. They have great customer service and whether you are a new or frequent client, you get the same treatment. If you want a top notch stylist, I'd go for Kerstin as she's been my stylist for 12 years! She's just simply amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful interior. Convenient location. Fresh modern products, it doesn’t feel like other salons. Great spacious window views so you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Oh and the best part? THE CHAIRS!! You can actually lie down flat so your neck doesn’t hurt. Danica is amazing!
