I always have a top notch experience at sin 7 salon, i wouldnt look any further if you are wanting a quality haircut with good pricing and all the ladies are very welcoming and in a relaxing environment. Woild highly recomend!??

I went to Sin 7 Salon for both my grad hairstyling and for regular cuts and colours. The salon itself is so cute and welcoming and all of the hairstylists that I've had have been phenomenal. I always leave feeling beautiful and confident!

I booked an appointment for a haircut with a stylist that was recommended by the receptionist, she even pointed her out to me. I asked for her card and haircut prices, the receptionist wrote the pricing on the card that she told me was for the stylist we discussed. I went home and booked an appointment by text with the name of the stylist that was on the card I was given. When I arrived for my appointment I was surprised and annoyed to discover that not only were the services much higher than I was quoted but that the stylist was also not the one that I was led to believe would be doing my hair. To top all of that off the staff that I spoke to on the supposed day of my appointment had the audacity to be annoyed with me! For their outrageous mistakes. Would never recommend! Chantelle, not sure why you are purposely lying in your response to my review. 1- When your receptionist literally pointed across the room and said "the stylist with the purple hair", and when I show up for my appointment it is a completely different stylist with dark hair, who's misunderstanding is that? 2- When your receptionist hands me a card with the stylist's name and the price quote, and when I arrive for my appointment and both the stylist and the price has magically changed, Who's misunderstanding is that? 3- And if the receptionist at the desk was not annoyed than why was I never even offered an apology for all of YOUR STAFF'S mistakes? I was basically told that this was the stylist available and this was the price regardless of what I was told just 2 days before! 4- Chantrelle, neither you or any member of your staff bothered to reach out to me about this deplorable customer service even after I sent a text containing pictures that proved my statements were true. Even though you have my phone number you opted not to call me to chat about this issue instead you posted a misleading and untrue response, is the purpose of that to make you look like you are proactive and caring when the reality is actually the opposite? 5- There is no doubt that mistakes can happen but it is the measure of a business about how these mistakes are handled. Falsely putting the blame on the "customer" says a great deal about the integrity of your business! Potential clients, do yourself a favour and book your hair care needs at a different salon. Do Not Recommend this business...

I got a hair cut and color with olivia. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable with recommending products. I will definitely go again. I encourage all you lovely ladies to book with anyone of there staff. They are all truly amazing

I got my hair cut professionally for the first time in 2 years and decided to try this studio. Amy was great - she listened to what I wanted and made it work for my hair. The studio has a very relaxing atmosphere and I would come here again!
