โ โ โ โ โ I have had my hair cut by MANY stylists over the years. Almost given up on finding someone who could cut my pixie hair, but then I found Dawn. Just love Dawn and her salon. She knows what she's doing. Knows colour. Knows how to cut fine hair. Very professional. Her staff are great. I love LOVE my hair. I refer everyone to Dawn.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm 9 months pregnant and booked an appointment online. I was looking forward to trying a place closer to me considering I normally drive to Vancouver to get my hair done and wanted it cut before I give birth. I got multiple confirmations regarding my appointment. I drove 20 mins to reach the salon which ended up being in a house. Noone answered the door nor answered any of my 4 phone calls. I waited another 20 mins just in case before I gave up. It's been a week and noone has reached out to me either letting me know what happened. I've never been more disappointed in an a business before. This is my first time leaving a bad review, ever. The unprofessional way this was handled is bizarre. If there was an emergency I could understand there has been noone to reach out to explain what happened.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm addicted to this hair salon :) Dawn is truly skilled and was so meticulous with my haircut and straightening. She has adapted with pretty innovative covid precautions and my kids were thrilled to have their haircuts on the patio. It was the first time my 2 year old gave no trouble for a cut! Absolutely fantastic service.

โ โ โ โ โ Dawn is absolutely incredible! I've been coming to her since 2015! My hair has some temperamental characteristics and I'm very specific on how I like it to turn out. Dawn is patient, detail-oriented, proficient, kind, funny, and an all around great person and stylist. She has an enormous amount of knowledge and expertise, that always has me walk away with stunning hair and a lovely experience.
I also appreciate that, throughout her career, she still takes the time to educate herself through conferences and workshops, so she brings us (and our hair) the most current and effective techniques.
She puts her heart and soul into what she does and how she teaches the stylists that work for her. She thoroughly coaches her team so they are fully equipped with the same intricate attention to detail that Dawn brings to the table every time. I love Dawn and her incredible team / studio! You'll be happy you came here!

Best haircut ever and loved that she took the time to examine my hair and ask about needs and wants. I will be making this my permanent salon. Really can't say enough how happy I am with my hair. โ โ โ โ โ This was my first time at this salon. Dawn cut my hair. She did a fantastic cut. She truly is a hair artist. Two weeks in and my hair still looks fantastic. I am able to style it myself with no issues. The mark of a truly great cut is how well it grows out. I booked my next appointment before leaving the salon. 100% recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Dawn is a very knowledgeable and experienced hair stylist. My first time in the salon and she came in early to make sure we had extra time to discuss my hair and fit me in between clients when I decided to add foils as well. She genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy with my hair. She has a great deal of integrity and is very patient. She cares about using a great product line that protects your hair from damage and promotes longevity. I was very happy with this amazing service and will go back to see Dawn again. Highly recommend.
