This involved repairs to vinyl decks which was not completed to our satisfaction, one of the decks was left with very noticeable cut marks in the surface as well as staining. Despite being told repairs would be made and repeated assurances that the problems would be remedied, no one ever showed up. We with held payment of approx 2k against the repairs that were never completed,. And now these company is threatening to file a lien against our building. IF you had completed the job properly this would not have occurred. IF you had made good on promises to repair the botched job this would not have occurred. We have to now hire some one else to complete the work and now you come looking for payment after ignoring us for 4+months. This is not the way to treat your customers
S	Sylvie Bayliss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our whole summer taken up by this company, a 2 maybe 3 week project lasted almost 3 months, they worked 1/2 days only with maybe 2 workers at the most each day, every unit had discrepancies but our end unit seemed to have more, they were very sloppy and inconsiderate to our property, siding was removed to accommodate the deck, it was replaced crooked, they’ve since « fixed « it but it’s not the way it was when we moved into our brand new townhouse, the railing on the deck leading down to the yard was loose, so they tightened it only to dislodge it elsewhere, I reached out, albeit frustrated and the response was almost saying that I’m being a complainer??? Apparently the GM is supposed to come have a look see….this was almost 2 weeks ago…I’ve added the railing photos because when I mentioned the siding was crooked when they put it back up I was told that it had never been removed?!?
M	Megan Blaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an old pocket style door that constantly stuck and didn’t stay on its track. BCI found a solid wood core barn door with the hardware and then painted and stained the door in this great grey-blue colour prior to the installation. In one day, they had removed the old pocket door, framed in the door jamb (caulked and painted as well) and hung the new door perfectly - it opens and closes so smoothly now. The finished work was top notch - they found the door which saved me lots of time and even suggested the colour. I’ll be recommending BCI to any of my friends and will be using them for future projects in my home.
