★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Went there to buy a suit for my fiance, the owner asked where I'm getting my dress altered and she went on and on, bad mouthing another local alteration company. So rude and unprofessional. NEVER going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage. They destroyed our children's suites for Jiu-jitsu... We clearly asked for them to hem the suites but not to cut off the excess fabric so we could undo the hems when the children got bigger.
They cut the suites anyways and when complained in person was yelled at because of their misunderstanding. The staff/ owner are very rude, unprofessional and unapologetic of their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my groomsmen pants through this store. A couple weeks prior to the wedding I called to see if my pants came in and the lady said they are still on their way. A week before I called again and she informed me through broken English that they were not able to order them any more. Needless to say I was not impressed since this was the week before the wedding and I had no groomsmen pants and was left scrambling to find 5 identical pairs and get them hemmed within that short time frame. I explained how upset I was, to which she replied "Sorry I don't care" and hung up on me. I've never experienced customer service so appalling. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a suit for my work event. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The rep was super helpful and found me exactly what i needed. Hemming was done in 15 minutes. Hands down the best clothes buying experience I've had in a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managed to get a beautiful suit and dress shirt for my son. The price we paid for the suit was very reasonable and the service we got was impeccable! The lady alerted the suit pants and it looks and fits perfectly. We will definitely use her store and service again when we need it.
