β β β β β Used to shop here alot until my last 2 experiences when staff were walking around the store on a personal call ignoring me and yesterday when I was looking for something specific and rudely was asked "do you need anything young lady" she was not happy I was browsing and didn't make me want to buy the wallet I liked. I won't be going back

β β β β β Total scam artist!!!! I went in to buy a sweater, I had been in the day before to check prices. The Sweater I wanted was $89. I left the store and went back the next day to purchase the sweater. I looked at the price (which still said $89)and took the sweater to the counter. I handed her the sweater and looked at some scarves that were sitting by the till.
When I went to pay the total was $10 more than it should have been. I said, "wasn't that only 89.00?" She had pulled off the price sticker already for no reseaon and said "nope $99 see" and pulls out some random sticker from beside her till. The only reason she would of had to remove that stick was to scam me out of another $10. What store removes the price tag at till???
I will NEVER buy from this store again and I highly recommend any one who does pay very close attention at the till, because if she can she will over charge you!

β β β β β My experience was at the Burnaby store in Brentwood Mall but there is no option to leave a review for that location.
The shop in Burnaby has zero customer service. I tried on different sizes of the same item and had to get each one myself. The sales associate never made eye contact with me and was very disinterested. Better training required.
