★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the most gorgeous tile and bathroom accessories store. The best selection of tiles by far. Displays of tiles are so well organized, neat and clean, easy to see many different designs.There is no more beautiful and better organized tile displays anywhere in the city. Showroom looks stunning. I bought many tiles in this gorgeous store. Service was exceptional as expected in such grand store. Delivery was as agreed and l am very happy that my kitchen and bathroom tiles look amazingly beautiful. It was great pleasure to find such unique tiles in this unique store while getting fantastic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Nadia at Mississauga location for our custom home project a while ago and the general experience was quite pleasant. This is why we were surprised to see some of the reviews with such low ratings. The only glitch was the fact that one item was missing a crucial part in the initial delivery, according to my plumbing contractor on-site.
However, we were able to get the part relatively quickly after reaching out to Nadia.
Here we are planning for another project, and TAPS is still our first stop for kitchen and bath fixtures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. I called to ask a few questions of the sales person to see if they would have what I was looking for and he said "you want to give me all the work"? Wow. I said never mind. If that's the front line person's attitude - then you can bet the entire experience of customer service from pre to post sale would be disastrous. Thanks but NO THANKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and displays in the store of tubs, vanities, sinks, toilets, and water controls/faucets. They even have a shower head tester display at the back. Everything is nicely displayed in different layouts. Majority of the products are higher and unique. They need to have more staff on hand to provide assistance though. Don't forget to check out Ciot next door for amazing tiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them cuz my kitchen faucet is busted. I've never done plumbing work in my life and needed guidance and got no help whatsoever. The rep was difficult and unhelpful. Very unprofessional. I now have an appointment elsewhere where help and a good attitude is forthcoming. Sorry Taps, u lost some business today. I would give zero stars if that were possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent! My salesperson Diana was so amazing. I don't know how she remained so patient with me as I was so indecisive about the faucet finishes. I ran into a product delay (kitchen sink) and Diana was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. She helped me find another sink that met my requirements in time for my countertop measurement. Diana, if you are reading this, my counter is still not in! After all that hustling to get a sink.... I betcha that original sink is in stock now :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is huge! It has a wide selection of bathroom and kitchen accessories! They even have real working shower heads on display that you can turn on the water so you can see how it works! The people who helped us, Makda and Vince, was so helpful and friendly! They took the time to explain everything! When we decided on a shower control, Vince even checked the rough-in in front of us to make sure it's in perfect condition from the manufacture. Most bathroom place that sell shower kits said we can't mix and match the item so I was very surprised when Makda told us that was an option. That was great guidance! Most shower controls there is offsite so it has to be delivered in but you can still get the rough-in if you need to work on the shower now. Great experience! Will definitely come back here again!
