I e-mailed the store asking if they another type face cover. and this morning I revived a phone call from them telling me to come in to that store as there were other type N95's TI found the face cover that was perfect for my fat face as I will be going South Jan. Thank you Staff at Stark mans. I know where to go for any or other medical supplies I may need. Kevin.

d	d latty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopped there for the first time yesterday. I work in the medical field so I didn't need help on items, but prices... Why are there no prices. Do the prices change per customer? The sales people memorize the prices? Do they memorize correctly? The one lady said one price than changed her mind... Accountability is in question here! Terribly disappointed in the lack of professionalism in running a business. Anyone want to open a medical store... We could beat them in prices and customer service no problem. They get a star because they have supplies but they need a store manager with some class. Do better!

I got to the store mid-day (not busy) and was met with a sales person who helped me with everything. She helped me fit the brace and got me the proper sized crutches and was courteous throughout. From what I saw and based on the reviews, most products did not have a price on them. You had to speak with an associate who had a list for all the prices. The prices were fair in my opinion and I was provided with a detailed receipt.

The service was professional, but not overly friendly. One bonus for this location is that it has its own parking lot as parking is pretty well non existant in the area.

They explained I could set up an account and call them with an order and they would deliver anything my dad needed right to his door the next day. Fantastic customer service.

I pre-ordered masks with the assurances that they were being delivered that day, which turned into that weeks, which turned into "we'll call you." Meanwhile, I got my masks from elsewhere. When I called a month later to tell them I was coming in for a refund, they told me only the person who sold me the pre- order could issue the refund...?!?!!? And surprise surprise, she wasn't in that day, only the next day. I asked to speak to the manager and was sent to voice-mail, even though the lady on the phone HAD JUST SPOKEN TO HIM. I will be coming in tomorrow when supposedly the woman who sold me the order will be present. I can't wait to see what excuse they will come up with next.
B	Bea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last 4 years Starkmans has been invaluable to me. They stock everything I need to care for my husband. He is bedridden and cannot be left alone. Their online ordering system is great and within a day or two my supplies are delivered to the front door at no charge. The driver always has a smile and a wave and when I have gone in to the store they are very helpful. And your orders are saved online so you can check back to verify your medical costs when doing your taxes. I don't know where else I would go for the specialized supplies I now need. Thank you Starkmans.
