Stay away from this place. Very rude and did not want to help me with my tire problem. Super unprofessional

Vince and Frank are easily the absolute most professional, honest, and ethical businessmen and mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They tell you honestly what is wrong with the vehicle, and what can wait with respect to maintenance. They make themselves available to you if you have a safety concern and don't have an appointment. They go above and beyond to find rebates for you when purchasing tires (I just saved 70$ on a set of Michelin tires). They do not "fish" for work, ever! These men know the value of letting their integrity speak for itself. In a metropolitan city, a customer can sometimes feel like a number, but NOT at this location. It is as if you are a sister, niece, daughter, or friend. They treat you with the fullest respect and their service is incredibly timely. I am an industrial millwright mechanic and I work for a nuclear company. When I say these guys are the best, I truly and emphatically mean it! I plan on going into business myself in the next year or so, and I thought of Vince and Frank (and their maintenance team) when I read Dale Carnegie's best selling novel, How to Win Friends and Influence People....which is the greatest business book of the last 100 years (its been in print 80 years). Among many great pieces of advice in this book is this: 1. Think of your buyers as partners who can refer you to a steady stream of new business. 2. Don’t underestimate the power of a satisfied buyer’s good will or influence. If the below quote is true, then Frank and Vince have nailed it. There are four ways, and only four ways, in which we have contact with the world. We are evaluated and classified by these four contacts: what we do, how we look, what we say, and how we say it.” – Dale Carnegie

My father has been going here for all his car needs for over 20 years now and is completely loyal to Vince and Frank – from my personal experience I understand why. Recently I was traveling 3 hours out of town and couldn't start my car... I called OK Tire, and Vince made himself available after-hours to help me get the car started over the phone, and personally made sure I got home safely. When they say they "go out of their way to be sure your experience is more than positive" they really mean it! Gratitude to these fine folks for their consistently excellent and friendly service.

Frank and Vince are the absolute best. I was so worried when I bought my car that I wouldn’t be able to find a decent honest auto shop. I’m not the most knowledgeable about cars so it’s truly a relief to have come across this shop. They always tell it to you straight and the work is very professional and efficient. Would recommend 1000%!

These guys are the best in the business. I would drive across the city to get my tires replaced here. The team are professional, polite and the customer service goes above and beyond most places. I highly recommend them!

I'm very grateful to Frank for providing advice that was, well, frank. My car is over 10 years old and was experiencing AC problems. Frank ran a diagnostic and helped me understand whether it would be worth getting fixed. I appreciated his honesty. Highly Recommended.

Frank and the entire team reeks of honesty, beyond excellent customer service. I have been longing to find such businesses in my local community. They treat you with respect and truly have earned me as their forever customer. The big chains don't even answer calls with a straight answer, but Frank made me comfortable when my car rim bent needed a quick repair. The service is fast, professional and honest. Once again if you are near Dupont and davenport, go ahead, blindly trust these guys! Small extra details like pulling your car in front, ready to go really makes you so happy!
