Someone said it earlier. I was a customer with shaw for more than six years. I had to move and change company,s. Instead of picking it up or leaving behind for next. They wanted me to ship ,and pay shippinmg for thier equipment. Now I have a $500.00 bill for discontinuing my services with them. Not on my watch. I guess that the best thing about thier service is the audio command feature,sort of miss it

I have been a Shaw customer for as long as I can remember. We recently moved to a new home and had to change all of our services with Shaw. We encountered some bumps in the road including poor reception, connectivity, etc. Where Shaw used to have excellent customer service it is not PATHETIC!!! This has been an experience that has repeated itself several times in the last 6 months. Today, my internet reception is poor, I called Shaw support, was told it would be a 40-50 min wait and would I want to give them my number so they could call me back, gave them my call back number, received a call and told I was next in line. It is now over 2 hours and I am still waiting to talk to a CSR about my problem. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service. Literally wasted my 1.5 hour. I got offered a deal on shaw live chat and few moments later another agent is denying offer.

I spent over 20 minutes on the phone with a rep yesterday, who after several requests to speak with someone who could actually help me, she put me on hold; when the call was reconnected-she carried on talking in circles as if I hadn’t requested to speak with someone else. The lack of integrity of the company is clearly reflected in this woman’s behaviour towards me on the phone. I have saved my electronic footprints in order to prove my position in relation to the issue I contacted them about. It was/is unfortunate that Telus was unable to provide the service they touted as I never would have changed over. Even the person SHAW sent to assist in the original set up behaved poorly. Nothing like having a perceived β€œcorner on the market.” In order to justify such uncouth and arrogant behaviors.

Very poor service. We there when the store opened. The guy who opened the gate did not great us, the one girl who ( loosely) helped us had a hard time typing because her nails were way to long, it took for ever, then turned out she could not do anything. The other girl and guy offered no assistance at all. We left in total disbelief at what just happened. We decided not to use shaws cell offer. Those 3 youngsters do absolutley nothing for what shaw pays them. I would give their jobs to someone who actually wants to work. Worst service ever.

Dont get their mobile Service, no coverage at all in abbotsford and chilliwack. i had alot of issues with home internet as well with their high speed 300, and shaw wants to charge me more.

The best service! I was ever so pleased how I was treated and given some extraordinary deals with my cell and wifi . The sales person was totally focused on helping me right to the end of the store closing . He never flinched on hurrying me because of the closing. That awesome sales person is Gomzy D He’s the one to see !!!

It was weird, I walked in and they didn’t know about the promotion listed at their entrance. Not sure if it was new, but I waited around 15 minutes for a simple answer of whether my account qualifies for the promo. The extra star is that they found out the answer. I would recommend not using this store if you’re looking for a good deal, since they were not budging to give me a good deal on a phone. Go to costco wireless instead. They’ll hook you up!
