★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST customer service I ever experienced..they make you wait for HOURS and not good at their job. Today, because of one of there representatives fault..I couldn't get my phone I waited 3 days for. It was his mistake and he was like, come back tomorrow like I don't have anything else to do in my life. Don't go there, you'll highly regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend going here. The manager is unbelievable rude, which I have heard from on 4 different occasions but still ended up going. He is not only rude but untrustworthy as he did not give me the full information on plans and phones. He pushed me to buy a phone I didn't even want and said he would give me free accessories and warranty. Later to find out that I could have taken the PC points instead of the free accessories. He has done that numerous times. Don't waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I needed to renew i had just had knee surgery so this was the closest place to go. Never again. I was promised a credit on my bill and 6 months later i still dont have it. I could write a book about about the run around I've gotten. Will never darken their door again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by to setup my phone with Shaw Mobile. The associate was friendly and helpful and the process was quick and clear. The only downside was that the location was a bit busy, so I had to wait a bit for my turn.
