★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having a major issue with my network service that was preventing me from receiving calls, SMS messages, and voicemail. I dealt with 3 separate agents through Rogers chat who were unable to identify or resolve the issue. I visited the Rogers store at Southgate and was assisted by Justice. She was lovely to deal with, never mind her patience and perseverance to get my issue solved. With her help, Rogers back-end techs had me up and running in a couple of days. I don't think I would have gotten this resolution if she hadn't of been the one to assist me. Thank you, Justice! I would highly recommend visiting this store, and her specifically, should you have a Rogers issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and management are really nice & helpful to get you what you need plus go out of the way to make sure you are good.
I've been dealing with the store manager Justice and she is really nice and has made sure that all my issues I've been trying to get taken care of & in no time was all done .
She's been the best Rogers employee I've dealt with on the phone or from the store level
Thanks for all your help and I would recommend this store to anyone interested in getting services or anything you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service I received , we spend more than thousand dollars and we were lied . Managed Justice such a lier, told us that she will bring apple watches from another store . Never did never followed up . Never communicated with her staff . When we called the male staff never gave his name . District manager was suppose to call never did. Three hours it took the staff to sign up new plan and still never transferred anything from my old phone . My advice record their conversation as they never keep there word . I have told more than 50 people never to go there . Made us run around for nothing . We had to go to a corporate store to get our watches .
