I bought a BMW x5 plug in hybrid from these guys and they went all out, and way beyond to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted at the good price. Ruiye was my salesman and Denise Michaud was my liason. Both were absolutely amazing to work with. I have to single out Denise for being one of the most understanding and helpful liason ever. Never felt better spending my ??. Denise you are amazing! Love this place! Would definitely buy from these guys again! Service is unparalleled. From seeing the car online to driving the car home was a wonderful experience end to end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, we had the pleasure to meet with Jason regarding a vehicle purchase. He was very kind and easy to talk to. Jason answered all of our questions and made sure that all the vehicle pick information we had requested were noted to have a smooth transition for pick up. The Sales Manager Christine was also amazing to deal with as well, very sweet and didn't feel like she was trying pressure us to buy anything extra. Very honest on their recommendations regarding warranties as well.
It was surprising to see when car sales very competitive and usually you feel like you are another sale but at BMW Performance in St Catherine's we felt like we were talking to friends. We highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thanks for making such a stressful task so easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE OR DO ANY SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever met. They’ll charge you for everything, even the existed problem before you bought it. I bought a BMW 640i GT last year, it’s keeping appearing problems. So I have to go to the service every few months. The most terrible thing is there’s a upper trim damaged before I bought it, they promised me they’ll fix it. Then I’ve booked many appointments for the service, they never fixed it but charge me for the labor fee. Last week, they finally fixed this problem and charged me over $700. The sales department supposed to pay for this fee, but when I find them they are blaming me for paying without telling them so they refuse to refund me. And when I asked the service department, they literally told me no refund with no reason! This happened with the knowledge of both managers! Now I have to ask BMW Canada and consumers ' association for a reasonable solution.

They were really professional from the start of the process till the end. Constant communication.. always ready to talk and answer questions. I would definitely recommend Performance BMW to anyone who wants to buy or lease a BMW. Also, would like to give a special thanks to Bill the shuttle representative that came and picked me and my brother in Mississauga to take delivery of our vehicle in St Catherines.

I live in Brampton and I’d been searching for a BMW around the GTA for a few weeks and had even visited other dealerships but the customer experience at Performance BMW was superior. I met with Jason who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire process easy and seamless. He wasn’t pushy and ensured that all my questions were answered and I was comfortable. I would highly recommend working with Jason and Performance BMW as a whole.
