* ROB REILLY * Is the MOST professional, caring, selfless, skillful, friendly, experienced, funny, able, honest, and the list could go on and on, FOREVER! He wants to give you all the help he can possibly give and WILL get you a great price on whatever you need. He has YOUR best interest in mind. He really does care about his customers. I had never met someone as caring and charming as him. Our whole family absolutely loved working with him. We all liked him way before the first 3 minutes we started talking to him. Always in a good mood, so cheerful and happy to see you! You want something done right, quickly and efficiently; then go to him! He is THE MAN. A true blessing. Somebody, please! give this man a raise and promote him to a higher rank. I know everyone would benefit greatly and would really appreciate that decision.

5 stars ONLY so this might be noticed. Update: i asked in large group of business against mandates in Niagara group with over 11K members and many dealers have reached out and others have recommended great ones that one can easily go in without hassle. Nissan, you lost my future business now even if mask mandates are lifted. ********* Very disappointing. Went in to make serious inquiry about a vehicle. Was told my shield is not good enough. Have to wear a mask. Went to several other lots today with ZERO issues in my inquiries. Lost my business completely. Discrimination is rampant. Look at the back of the $10 Canadian Bill and the Canadian Charter as well as the Health Act. I made my inquiry and asked how we go about the purchase then. I was then given a BIT of a "well we can see what we do with the shield." I have a autistic 9 year old son with a hearing aid which alone dictates a shield. Either way, I show respect for the "system" by putting a shield on. No sale. Sad that my health disclosure is not abided as private. After reading multiple links rated star reviews with legit reasoning, I am glad I am not buying here. Even IF they acknowledge shields later, I will REMEMBER how I was treated for not wearing a cloth mask.

Eric and Kalei took real good care of us, made us feel welcome and comfortable during our shopping experience. Kalei worked hard to get us a good financing rate, a great deal on an extended warranty and threw in some free service on top. Eric was very friendly, professional and to the point. Overall this was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in a Nissan. You will not feel pressured into getting anything you don't want to get and will walk out the door a happy customer. PS. Thanks for the gift basket!

Went in for a broken hood latch cable for my 9 years old car. They replaced the latch and charged it to Nissan’s latch recall. I did not have to pay for anything. The next day, I went to get a set of windshield wiper blades, a staff member went out to replace them while I was paying for them. Looks like a good place to buy your next car.

Currently on my second vehicle through St Catharine’s Nissan with Rene and I absolutely love it. I was expecting to trade in and get another used car but they got me such good interest rates I could afford new. 10/10 would recommend buying your next car here.

Went for my free annual oil change and was greeted respectfully. I said I only wanted oil change done and if anything else was required to indicate on invoice, and they respectfully obliged. The salesman who sold me my vehicle also came down to say hello. The only negative was that it took half hour more than my appointment time. Otherwise another great experience.

St. Catharines Nissan is a company you must avoid. One time they attempted to diagnose and fix a problem. 4 hours and over $800 later they had been unable to diagnose a blown head gasket. A real mechanic took about 3 minutes and didn't charge me anything for the proper diagnoses. I foolishly thought that even though they couldn't diagnose something as simple as a blown head gasket, they should be able to at least change my oil without a problem. I was very mistaken. Their employee broke the splash guard that covers the oil drain.Nissan attempted to fix this simple plastic cover 4 times and weren't able to. When we brought the car in yesterday, the service manager attempted to blame someone else. Note that we purchased this car from St. Catharines Nissan for $46,000. They were the only people that ever changed the oil in that car prior to the damage. We are now starting a small claims court procedure in order to recoup some of our loses. Never go to St. Catharines Nissan to either buy a vehicle or get service there.
