I came from Oakville to test drive an electric Mini and then brought my wife back two days later to have her test drive the same car which we ended up buying. She helped. us expedite delivery and even offered to come in on our day off to over see delivery. I highly recommend her and Mini St Catharines.

I have been wanting a Mini Cooper for a long time now, and I honestly went there with no intention on buying, but just to take a look! Melanie came out to help us and was extremely approachable & informative! Answering every question I had she never made me feel pushed or forced into the overall process! She was so easy to connect with (even on off hours) and this being my first luxury car purchase, I had no stress dealing with her, just excitement! I was so pleased when Gianni in Financial Services was just as approachable! He was extremely thorough in all the fine details and really made me feel nothing but confident in the final steps of purchasing! If your not sold on a MINI you may be once you go there and experience the great ambience the entire place & staff have too offer! Mindy was also the one to walk me through the vehicle the day of purchase and she didn't miss a beat, I am having so much fun with all the dashboard tricks she showed me! I wasn’t expecting a response as it was end of the day when I messaged the dealership. We decided to drive to the dealership the next day to check out the car. Even if we live 1.5 hours away, it was worth the drive. We ended up getting the 5 door in British Racing Green. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone in the dealership were very professional. Taylor, the manager was very pleasant and accommodating. Mindy, the delivery coordinator made sure all the features of the Mini were explained thoroughly. We are glad to have found a dealership we’d be more than happy to recommend.
