I received a very favorable deal, relative to other dealerships that I spoke to. My expectations of delivery were well exceeded. Pickup felt like an experience, it was swift, but not rushed. Jessica made it clear that my business was valued and Jacob spent a good period of time helping to acquaint me with my new vehicle. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Mercedes.

Johnny our Salesman and Kyle from Finance were a pleasure to say the least. We were treated like gold. Buying a car is never an easy thing and they made it so easy for us. Thanks to Jessica in first place, also thanks to Shobhit and Jacob! I find the car that I want in this dealership, which is 110km from home and all the negotiation was by email. Even with my 100 questions, Jessica was very patient, gave all the support and took care of everything for an amazing experience! Ah...i cannot forget to mention that I loved the surprise gifts!

I was in and out in 15mins. And also, excellent service from the delivery specialist. He took time to explain the features and documents to sign. I am a Product Advisor as well in a car dealership and it felt good to treated same way i treat my customers. Awesome experience for my first car buying process at a dealership. Keep it up Guys.
