I give Ryan the stache (sales rep) a 10 out of 10 rating. Jack (finance manager) and Ryan worked so hard to get me my dream car. I met Ryan in their car lot when i seen this stang. No hassel, just a great greeting and introduction and very welcoming, as a younger adult im often looked down on trying to even look at a vehicle like this. Not from Ryan , he made it happend, Jack and Ryan and everyone at performance chysler i cannot thank you enough. The cars detailing was absolutely spotless. Im a customer for life. He also gave me like a gazillion bonus perks and gifts ;).

Tao our sales person was fantastic. He took the time to get me exactly what I was looking for and for a great price. Jack the finance manager was also fantastic. Explained everything clearly. They kept my wife and I fully informed and updated on our purchase as well as followed up to ensure everything was smooth as could be. Friendly and customer service driven staff made our experience one to remember. They really go the extra mile with the little details to make sure you leave knowing you were given the best service they could offer. I've already recommended the sales staff to friends who are starting to look for their next family vehicle. Please note that this was during Covid-19 protocols and that going the extra mile while everyone is exhausted from the new normal we find ourselves in can be tough at times. They never missed a beat and I would, as stated above, recommend their team any day!

Performance wasn't the first dealership we went to. I read excellent reviews about Ryan and I knew I wanted to go to him. There are 20+ dodge dealerships closer to where I live but I went to Performance Chrysler for the experience I knew I'd have with Ryan. Ryan did not disappoint, he continuously went above and beyond during the whole process, from when I first met him, to ordering the car and the long wait until delivery. He kept up the excitement and I honestly felt that he was just as excited as I was when my dream car was delivered. It was wonderful to have the General Manager Ian and many of the other Performance staff come out to see Ryan pull my car out of the garage with the big bow. My partner and I have purchased 10+ new cars in our lives. We've never had this kind of service, appreciation and excitement, a truly one of a kind experience. Ryan is rarity in the business. A true gem.
