As a first time car owner I had a lot of questions and Chris Konieczny was the most patient, wonderful and knowledgeable person who made the entire process simple and stress free. I live in Toronto and Chris home-delivered my car all the way from St. Catherine's on a weekend!! He is extremely thoughtful, accomodating and quick to anticipate the customer's needs. In this market where dealerships are exploiting car buyers and focused on making money, the people at this dealership genuinely care for their customers. Thank you!

I noticed a puddle of oil under my car and I was already picturing all of the expensive scenarios in my head of what might be wrong. I was so fortunate that the Mazda dealership was next door to my hotel. The Service Consultant, Jeff Tardif, was extremely accommodating and got me in just before opening hours, without an appointment. I found his empathy of the situation extremely rare. He was quick to reassure me they would get it in to have a look right away. I've worked in the customer service industry for 21 years and people like Jeff are extremely valuable. He showed me the problem and answered all of my concerns. Turns out I learned a valuable lesson not to bring my brand new car to an amateur shop and that when it comes to basic service it's best to stick with professionals like Jeff and the team at Mazda St. Catharines. The cheap option I used near my house did not use the correct filter and did not screw the bolt tight. The oil leaked completely out. Simple mistake that could have cost me a fortune. I will definitely service here strategically on my trips going forward. Thank you Jeff for making my day!!

He went out of his way to explain the work being done, as well as making sure that I had everything I might need for the claims process. I'll definitely be returning again for regular maintenance and car repairs in the future

Within minutes Brittany had responded via phone and followed up with pictures of the vehicle sent via text and a test drive was scheduled. The sales experience was very professional and personable with Brittany. I'd recommend her to others looking to purchase a vehicle. When I arrived at the St. Catharines Mazda dealership, I was approached by the Salesman named Matteo Scozzafava, who immediately heard by needs and tried to accommodate my request. I could see "my car" but it was being shown to another gentleman. Matteo told me to hang tight, and once the car became available for viewing, he gave me all of the details for this "Executive model" filled with upgrades! I was so happy to hear everything this vehicle had to offer! Matteo made the process for me, easy and quite honestly flawless! I would highly recommend him for your car purchasing needs. I would also like to mention Russ Gavin, the Financial Service Manager who was invaluable in this process. He put me at ease and added some humor to my adventure! I am very grateful!

That being said, given having experience at another Mazda dealership, I haven't been impressed with the service department at St. Catharines. Every time I've brought my car in for an oil change they have sprung additional maintenance services on me. At St. Catharines Mazda, it always feels like a high pressure sales pitch and being put on the spot to make a decision when I check my car in. At the previous Mazda dealership I used to take my car to, I was always told when booking my oil change if there was additional recommended maintenance to be done. I prefer this as it gave me time to think about it and do some research before deciding whether to proceed.
