I started going to Momo for oil changes and car repairs out of convenience (they are only a walk down the street) , but they have treated me so well on every visit that I keep going back. I didn't buy my car from them initially but I definitely will be when it's time for a new one. You guys at Momo are awesome. A great example of how a car dealership should be run. Keep it up!

I bought a 2010 Ford Escape a few weeks ago. The price was the best in the region and Gordon was excellent to deal with! He went above and beyond throughout the buying process and I enjoyed that it was a low pressure sale. From the initial visit to delivery, I was blown away by Momo's service and professionalism, down to the detailing that was done on the vehicle for delivery. I would absolutely buy from them again!

Brought my vehicle in for service and had horrible experience from staff, would not recommend for anyone that has questions regarding vehicles.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Momo Cars for myself and family. I always recommend them to anyone I know looking for a car. Sohail, the owner is always very humble and eager to speak with his guests and the finance manager Gordon answers all of my questions in regards to best rates, best lenders and how to manager your money/credit. I contacted them as I had been referred by multiple people that Momo Cars was the place to not only be educated on general car purchases, but assisting me in getting my new car. The best dealership around. I contacted Momo Cars after I had saw a car for sale online and drove from Toronto to check it out. Upon showing up to Momo Cars, I was greeted by Kai and Gordon. Not only did Kai go over some of the important features of the car, Gordon discussed all of my financing options with me and ensured that I got the best rate available and made everything a no pressure environment. They genuinely care about their customers and we aren’t just a “quick sale”. The car was freshly detailed and my first service appointment was booked. Their garage or service centre is also incredible with excellent rates and highly experienced mechanics. I purchased 4 winter tires for an unbelievable price at Momo Cars Garage after actively shopping around for roughly 2 weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks Gordon, Kai and Momo Cars!!

Great place to get your next car! My boyfriend and I have been looking for a car for a while and wasn't finding any luck until we found Momo Cars. The car is what we were looking for, for our needs and it's in good shape! The customer service was amazing. Really polite and genuine people, truly wanted us to have a good experience getting our car and making sure there were no troubles or hassles for us. Buyer beware, there was two separate occasions contact was attempted through both phone and email. The first time was handled quite well until it wasn’t. I will admit I was being slightly difficult due to my work schedule and them trying to say they could do work much quicker than they actually could (a couple days turned into multiple). Also this was to fix the front end that was damaged in their parking lot prior to me buying it. Sohail had promised me the car would look like it had prior to being hit, so I continued with the purchase. After the work was complete my front bumper was still scratched and nicked quite a bit. As well as the fender was only painted to blend with the door and was not flush at all with the bumper. During this process they had become frustrated with my questions and efforts to make the repairs line up with my work schedule, directed me to the auto body shop and stopped answering my calls completely. Fast forward a month or two an I take the car for it’s first oil change at a local mechanic shop. The drain plug had been over torqued and stripped making for it to not be able to be fastened securely. This resulted in me having to replace the entire drain pan. I attempted to email the dealership this time, I believe two times. Not even an email was written back defending them selves. So the conclusion from the lack of of communication it is pretty clear to me that once the sale is made you are forgotten. Also in the 6 months of owning this $8500, “safetied” car here is the list of repairs that have had to be done. -Oil pan -rear calliper -one Lower ball joint -2 upper ball joints -CAT Converter (completely separated from rest of exhaust system) -control arms -AC Overall repairs have cost close to $2000 and from the multiple mechanics I have went to they have all stated this car should have never been safetied. Also have learned that this dealership has quite a reputation of being on the not so great side.
