I bought my first car here in December 2020. Excellent service and great staff! Tawab was very helpful, polite and answered all questions I had. I would definitely truly recommend Next Car 4 U they will take the highest care of your needs!

In September 2020, I purchased a car from Next Car 4 U, and was told that it was fully inspected for safety by a mechanic. This was my first time purchasing a car, and it seemed like a great deal - less than $8000, low mileage, only one previous owner. However, at the beginning of January 2021, I was pulling out of a parking lot when my car slipped into neutral. I took it in to get it checked and ended up having to replace the entire transmission, which cost over $5000. I contacted Next Car 4 U with copies of my bill for the replacement transmission, as well as photos of the old one, and asked if there was anything that could be done. Tawab called me and stated that because I had refused to purchase an extended warranty, that I "took a chance" on a used car, and he was not obligated to do anything for me. This was very disappointing - if I had realized at the time of purchase that refusing the extended warranty meant that I would essentially have my hands tied if something was wrong with the car so soon after purchase, I definitely would have made a different decision. However, when Charmaine sold me the car, and mentioned the extended warranty, she did not tell me the risk I was taking by refusing one. Overall, I am extremely disheartened by this experience and would caution anyone purchasing a car at Next Car 4 U to please make sure you have the car checked out and safety checked by someone you trust, and definitely purchase an extended warranty. Better yet, just go somewhere else to ensure you're getting a safe car. **I appreciate your response, but just for the record, you absolutely did not "highly recommend" that I purchase even a 1-star warranty. I stand by my original statement - that I was not CLEARLY informed about the risk of refusing the warranty. But at this point, I recognize it is a "he said, she said" situation.

I feel comfortable recommending Next Car 4 U for both used car purchases and for service work. I have used both services and Tawab, the owner, is both fair and honest. He doesn't just sell cars, but he also can fix them and knows a lot about many makes of auto vehicles. His prices are fair and it is easy enough to get an appointment for good service. Having grown up the the car sales and service business I believe he offers very good value for the price.

Had our car for a month. Very pleased with it, nice that it came with winter tires. Fair car for a fair price. Owner a man of his word. Good friend of ours bought his car there too.

Absolutely horrible experience! Was told my car was completely fine and brakes were new. 2 months later everything is going and the dealer refused to pay when my car was overheating not even 30 days in to my purchase. Very shady and unprofessional. Would not recommend at all! Disgusting to pay so much for a vehicle just to put more into it later because it was not properly taken care of, he lied about fixing my breaks as they are now gone two months later. I would give 0 stars if possible, completely disgusted in the experience and treatment I had here.

Got a great deal with great service here (even when I got confused with the new style wiper knob). Got the car quick and easily off the lot from Tawab with no hassles and no BS. Even came with winter tires and my mechanic was amazed with the price I got it for. A couple small wear and tear items to keep an eye on but nothing to fix or replace right away after buying so I'm very thrilled with the vehicle and as a newer driver am very glad to have a trustworthy vehicle from a trustworthy lot that didn't take advantage

Me and My Wife bought this truck from Next cars 4 you the guy is honest trustworthy hundred percent he guide you in every way the right way he does not lie to you he tells you straight out we had this truck now since the beginning of August last year this truck runs amazing and it’s a 2009 Ford F150 blue love this truck it’s amazing keep up the good work from Rob and Pinar you are amazing we seen this truck we were driving down the street on Lake Street and seen it In Saint Catherine’s and we bought the truck right there and then he said he was going to put Brand new brake pads on and rotors he did right there he said he was gonna do an oil change he did right there and then he told us it was going to be on the road this day at this time it was I write him out a five star rating keep up the good work guys
