★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lows Glass has the best prices and definitely the best customer service. So great i drive 1 hour for my glass needs. I Would not go anywhere else. Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He cut and installed two woodburning stove glass units on the spot. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of course, unable to rate no stars, forced to use one. Despite appearing at their facilities to make an appointment for an estimate at my residence, months have gone by and no call. Why do these people advertise for customers. We all know most trades are very busy. Why not make mention of this at the time and suggest it may be some time for this to take place?
This seems to be a "care less" attitude. They do not respect your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low's Glass of St. Catharines is a decent company with fair prices. We used them for a number of projects, five in total. We will eventually call them for a glass railing on our back patio. One of the previous jobs included a shower glass enclosure in the master bedroom for which they did a great job. One thing I will say is that they have to improve on their communication and follow-up, but aside from that they're an all around good company.
Regarding the shower glass, DON'T waste your money on the DFI coating. It's supposed to allow for the water to bead off the glass. It is ineffective. Save your $430.

Jordan was fantastic to work with, being both helpful and prompt to answer any questions I had. The quality of workmanship is top-notch and the installation team was efficient and respectful. I'm very happy with the work, and would absolutely recommend Low's to anyone looking for quality work and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jordan from Low's showed up to look at job & measured. Stated we would receive a quote by email for our glass Staircase. I called after 2 wks bc we didn't receive anything. Jordan said he was doing his quotes that week. 6 wks later still nothing. Don't waste your time. He got 1 star bc he came to our house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no complaints. I needed 3 basement windows changed, 1 was a egress window along with a thermal window on the main floor that is for light purposes. They were very helpful. When they came to install, all the employees great attitudes. They installed all the windows. In a timely manner and cleaned up all there mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were recommended to use lows Glass to have a custom glass door made and installed, not only did Lows Glass accommodate our schedule for measuring and installation they also completed it all ahead of schedule. John and Mike the installers were courteous, professional and efficient and did an amazing job and it was a pleasure to have then in our home. We would also like to thank Russ for answering all our questions and ordering and placing our order. We would recommend Lows Glass to anyone. Thank you again.
