★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my roof done by Herb Lodde in April 2016 as well as complete eavestroughs replacements, Ken was truly an excellent and courteous salesperson and each appointment he was right on time for and gave us all the information we needed, not once making us feel rushed or pressured.
The workmanship was terrific and so was our price. Everything was done in one day and the eavestroughs had an issue about a month later - they came back the next day to fix the issue no questions asked (other than what the issue was haha).
Our property was left clean, two years later I'm writing a 5-star review because everything continues to be excellent and I'm so happy with the work done that I'm going to get Quality Exteriors to quote us on some door and window replacements. Great local business for the Niagara region.

A quote was promptly provided, very competitive among other companies, and the office kept us up to date with our installation schedule. The install crew were hard workers and pulled off a miracle working on our undersized site. The end result is beautiful and we are very happy with the overall experience. It was also nice to see the site area completely cleaned up upon completion, unlike many other trades we have dealt with. We will definitely recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In October 2018, we decided to have new siding and a new “leaf proof” gutter system installed on our Niagara on the Lake bungalow. We wanted to dramatically improve its curb appeal as well as its resale value. We knew this was going to be a significant investment, so we were looking for an excellent supplier who could deliver on our expectations, from the initial step of providing a customized quote right through the successful completion of the project. We accepted quotes from a handful of suppliers. At that initial step, Quality Exteriors Systems clearly differentiated themselves, and got the business. Not only were they price competitive, but they were also good listeners who captured exactly what we were looking for i.e. a Wow effect, and maximum ROI. Steve, the sales representative, was professional from start to finish. He was punctual, sensitive to our needs, provided sound advice, managed our expectations, was always responsive, and was prompt and thorough with any follow up. That same spirit of professionalism was found with the installation crew (Greg, Nikita and Claude). They shared our attention to detail, and took pride in providing quality work, and ensuring our satisfaction with the end result. Throughout the project, we also appreciated the interactions with the owner(Manny) and the inside support team(Julia and Melissa). They were always on top of their game, and followed through on their commitments. Overall, we were very pleased with the outcome, we achieved the curb appeal improvement and “wow” effect we were after. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Quality Exterior Systems to anyone looking for a top notch supplier. We are definitely happy customers...in case you could not tell…

Everyone was super nice, and the work was completed exactly as we discussed. My home looks amazing again!

I was so impressed with Pat and Chris with the window and door installation, and the eaves guys (sorry i didn't get your names). Rob was fantastic with the quoting/sales process. They all communicated with me so well, beautiful installation & amazing clean-up of my house and yard! Love the products, loved the job you guys did, love the look of my house! Truly professional tradesmen who take pride in their work. Getting many compliments. Worth every penny.

he didn't even measure or walk around started throwing outrageous numbers around $70,000 more then double the price and any other company I have had come take a look at my house how can you give me an estimate without even measuring or walking around the house?? I would like to know why a roof for my house cost $7,000 but he quotes me $18,000 a steel roof isn't even that much very unhappy with the service will not get my business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Everyone is human and makes mistakes. This company didn’t properly vent my soffits causing serious damages and refused to fix it. The worker was negligent and the company refuses to take any responsibility. Poor quality work and poor customer service. STAY AWAY!!
