They willingly and knowingly sell "bumper to bumper" warranty's that the company wont cover. my car broke down and it took a full day to contact someone from first canadian protection plan and when we called the dealership we were spoken down to, TO TOP IT ALL OFF THE CONTRACT FOR THE EXTENDED COVERAGE DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE PROPER INFO ON IT, i have contacted CBC and CTV about this as well.
these people are frauds. do not buy a car from them.
if anyone wants further info we have audio recordings, papertrails and documentation about all of this.

When we got the car home we noticed some bumper damage that we hadn’t noticed when we test drove it. I was going back and forth with him for 3 months (I even thought I was annoying) but he never would say anything! He was so kind and generous! I was impressed with their communication and often responded within minutes of questions. I came in from out of town and Matt met us in the evening to deliver the truck. During my search so many other dealers would not answer the inquiries and if they initially did it was often just crickets there after.
