★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Genesis Niagara over the past 3 years has been fantastic! When purchasing my G70 Sport in 2019, Brian Bogusat on the sales and experience team was very knowledgeable and helpful. He specially arranged for an over-the-weekend test drive period so that I could get familiar with the car and features to make sure it was the right vehicle for me. Subsequent to purchase, the service and maintenance and experience has also been excellent. Laura Pellizzer is super helpful and arranges concierge service to pick up the car when service is required, leaving me with a loaner for the day (most recently a beautiful loaded GV70 suv). If in the market for a Genesis (or any luxury vehicle) I highly recommend Genesis Niagara.

He is kind, patient, good natured, funny, and has worked tenaciously to find a used vehicle to meet my needs. He's gone above and beyond. Quite a contrast to other dealership experiences. I highly recommend Genesis Niagara, Bailey, and his colleague Brian!

I am a proud owner of a 2020 G70 and not knowing anything about the product , the experience from the sale til now has been nothing but exceptional! The whole staff is knowledgeable, very professional and friendly which made the whole process so easy and comcomforting. Laura has been nothing but great whenever service is required on my vehicle .She always has a loaner vehicle ready for me as scheduled and is both friendly and professional! If you are considering a Genesis don't hesitate go visit Genesis Niagara you will not regret it!
